13 BUSINESS REGISTRATION RAKIA follows a simple 3-step business formation procedure: 1 CUSTOMISE YOUR PACKAGE Select your legal entity, licence type and facility. 2 SUBMIT APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS A business development consultant will guide you through the process of filling out the documents in order to ensure that all requirements are met. Our team will review the submitted documents and facilitate the necessary approvals*. You will be contacted for either additional information or for completing the process by proceeding with payment. 3 ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS LICENCE Your business licence and lease agreement will be issued to you upon completion of all the necessary steps. *Certain activities may be subject to approval from external authorities. 12
