Doshi & Co. and Kapadia & Co. consisting of four partners who have been Proprietors, Partners or Individuals in their predecessor firm since many years. 12 CA Amit Doshi - Partner B.Com., FCA, DISA, (ICAI) with 30 years of Experience Specialized in Direct Tax & Representation Amit s expertise lies in all direct tax advisory, procedures and compliance. This includes corporate tax, transfer pricing, lower deduction of tax certification, cross boarder advisory, transaction advisory and tax audits. Amit has got a unique hang on handling Scrutiny, appeals, assessments and various other representation matters with diverse regulatory and taxation authorities. Amit has presented papers and contributed to union budget publication and diverse topics in conferences organized by various professional bodies. In his 3 decades of professional stint, he has trained more than 100 CA students. Currently Amit is the member of the IFRS IND AS committee of the WIRC of ICAI. Previously Amit was co-opted member of Indirect Taxes committee and convenor for Ghatkopar CA Study Circle of WIRC. CA Pranav Kapadia Partner B.Com, F.C.A., DISA, (ICAI) with19 years of Experience Specialized in Indirect Tax, VAT, Sales Tax, GST Pranav s expertise lies in Advisory, Audit, Compliance, Litigation Matters on Value Added Tax (VAT), Central Sales Tax (CST), Profession Tax (PT) and Service Tax. 13 CA Hemant J Mehta Partner B.Com, F.C.A., DISA, (ICAI) with 23 years of experience Specialised in Audit & Assurance Hemant is a practicing chartered accountant having qualified course of Information Systems Audit (ISA) and post qualification degree in Business Finance from ICAI. He has hands on experience in handling Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits of various nationalized banks, Audits of Limited and Private Limited Companies, Liaison offices, Subsidiary companies of Foreign companies with capability of handling Risk Based Audits and FX-Treasury Audits. He also experiences in Transfer Pricing Audits (Domestic as well as International) Taxation. Hemant has also successfully completed certification course of Concurrent Audits. Technology has always been his passion which upgrades him to create something dynamic and innovative. He provides a Dev-Ops solution and any queries pertaining to IT. Deepesh supports team APMH for implementing the technology intensive practice like Systems Audits, Forensic Audits, Data Analytics, Process Automation, ERP Implementation Support.
