3 The Professionals Marina Vienna Marina Vienna is a Chartered Accountant and registered at the Register of Statutory Auditors. She has a degree in Economics and Business at the University of Trieste, with specialization in Finance at Harvard University, Boston (USA). She is the founder of Studio Vienna. Currently member of the BoD and the Board of Statutory Auditors in several companies operating in the nancial, industrial and service sectors. She has been assigned as liquidator commissioner for numerous extraordinary administrations of large enterprises in crisis. She has gained signi cant expertise in areas such as Financial Advisory, Corporate Restructuring & Enterprise Crisis Management, Research of Funding (E/D), Strategy & Industrial Plan Implementation and M&A & Structured Finance. Udyen Jain Udyen Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is the founder and Managing Partner of Udyen Jain & Associates. He is highly networked within the Indian corporate sector and other institutions. He is also known for providing advice to multinational companies on Financial Advisory and is a regular speaker at various corporate events and industry forums.
