1 1. Mr Shashikant Rathi- Axis Bank Mr. Shashikant Rathi is Executive Vice President and Head of Treasury at Axis Bank Ltd. Mr. Rathi, 38, is a rank holding Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in the financial sector and markets. He started his career in Unit Trust of India, the oldest mutual fund in India. He joined Axis Bank in 2003 in the the capital markets division and worked across fixed income segments covering corporate bond trading & sales, syndication and placements, equity trading etc. Shashikant was instrumental in taking Axis Bank to a leadership position in the Indian Debt Capital Markets. Axis Bank has maintained the top position in the league table consistently over past 8 years and is running one of the largest corporate bond investment portfolio in the industry. After building a successful corporate bond and equity trading businesses, he took over the overall fixed income portfolio of the Bank along with asset liability management (ALM) and capital markets in He then moved on to become the Treasurer of the Bank and currently heads all interest rates, forex and derivatives trading, domestic and international debt capital markets businesses, and also ALM which includes the regulatory CRR, SLR, LCR along with overall liquidity, interest rate and currency risk management of the Bank.

2 2. Mr. Baby K.P- The Federal Bank Ltd Mr Baby K P is Additional General Manager and Head of Treasury at Federal Bank, Mumbai. He is responsible for Forex, Money Market operations, Derivative Trading, Fixed Income security operations. He has more than 30 years of banking experience including exposures in Credit, Treasury and Retail Banking. A commerce graduate from Kerala University and a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI (India), he headed many Metro, Semi Urban branches and Regions of the Bank. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and has completed FRM I of GARP ( Global Association of Risk Professionals), USA. He had been in the leadership role in successful completion of many projects like Group Housing Projects for Bank officers, Setting up Engineering College etc.

Mr. Paritosh Mathur- IDFC Bank Ltd Senior Executive VP with IDFC Ltd, currently heads its Financial Markets Group Mr. Paritosh Mathur is responsible for Sales & Trading function in Interest Rates products, debt capital markets business and liquidity management of the Institution. He represents IDFC on the board of FIMMDA. Prior to this role, he has been associated with Fixed Income and Fx markets over the past twenty years, having worked with ICICI Securities, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America and most recently with Deutsche Bank. Through his tenor with these organizations, he has handled roles of debt sales & origination, market-making and trading, fulfilling primary dealership mandates and managing trading desks handling Rates, Fx and derivative products. He has also been responsible for managing asset-liability gaps through use of money markets products and hedging instruments. As MD at Deutsche Bank, his last role was as COO of its Markets & Investment Banking division (CB&S).

4 4. Ms.Maya Chakravorty- IDBI Bank Ltd. Smt. Maya Chakravorty, Chief General Manager of IDBI Bank, has vast allround experience spanning over 24 years, covering different aspects of banking. Additionally she has about 6 years of working experience in other industries before joining IDBI Bank injuly Currently she is heading Treasury, overseeing various market segments viz. Equity, Investments, Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Funds Management, Domestic& International Borrowing, and Investment Cell. Experience: She has handled a range of areas including Venture Capital funding, Investments, Retail Banking, Trade Finance, Government Business and Cash Management Services in addition to Treasury. Her main forte is in the area of Equity and Fixed Income wherein she has worked for about 12 years including her latest stint as TreasuryHead. He has more than thirty nine year's experience in General as well as International Banking including Treasury operations, Risk Management and Audit & Inspection, having worked in various positions such as Branch Head, Chief Dealer, Regional Head and Chief Internal Auditor in the States of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and New Delhi. He had been a Senior Faculty Member at Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala Bankers Training College ( Central Bank of India & Dena Bank) and is a visiting faculty at NIBM and training colleges of various banks. He is also a resource person as well as Management Committee Member for FEDAI and has contributed a booklet Documentary Credits & Standby Letters of Credit published by FEDAI.
