3 INTRODUCTION MARGUISA was founded in 1990 with the name of Mares de Guinea (abbreviated MARGUISA) offering regular sailings from Spain to Equatorial Guinea and returning mainly logs and sawn timber. Today, MARGUISA Shipping Line is part of a Holding Group called Sea & Ports and offers regular services covering trades between Mediterranean Sea, North Continent, South America, Asia, Middle East and East Med to the two main destinies: West Africa coast and Caribbean sea. MARGUISA is the leading carrier to and from Equatorial Guinea, and a well known operator in other West African countries. MARGUISA young and talented staff ensures a huge amount of collective effort. MARGUISA s culture rely on team building working in the same direction to fully accomplish targets. Additionally, MARGUISA develops a regular service to Caribe and USG and has a wide range of maritime services than may accommodate all kind of cargoes, using full container regular weekly services, RoRo monthly service and finally MPV monthly services for project cargoes in West Africa and Caribs.

Container Regular Service - PC It enjoys the support of a 5 modern PC geared ships of TEU capacity fully celled and geared. PC is the faster and more reliable existing service in the market, and It is connecting practically all the world with West Africa using Valencia, Algeciras and Tangier Med as transshipment hubs.

14 RORO SERVICE RORO SERVICE offers regular weekly departures from Valencia, Livorno, Genoa, Sète, Marseille, to Equatorial Guinea. It enjoys the support of a modern RORO float of ships with high decks for machine, ramp till 150tons and car deck for a big amount capacity. We are one of the most reliable existing service in the market, and we are offering our customers a very special service for all their rolling and general cargoes that cannot be loaded on our PC service. Additionally our Timber Express service is logs and timber fitted service offering an express monthly sailings for timber in breakbulk ex Douala to Dakar and Valencia.
