DATE & TIME VENDOR SPACES Saturday, Oct. 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Set up of booths Saturday from 7:00 9:00 a.m. All booths must be taken down by 10:00 p.m. Saturday evening. Arts/Cra s Booths We will only allow two duplicate vendors. Uncovered Arts/Cra s Booths: 10 X 10 = $85 10 X 20 = $125 Food Booths: $100 All booth spaces outside. If self contained, we must have exact dimensions from end to end and side to side (including awnings, trailer hitches, bumpers, etc.) ELECTRICITY You must provide your own electricity if needed. 3 LA MARQUE BAYOU FEST ARTS & CRAFTS RULES and REGULATIONS 1. Booth space will be staked off Friday morning. Arts/Cra s/collectables/ An ques uncovered space (10x10) is $85; uncovered space (10X20) is $125. Food Booths are $ Each booth holder must construct his or her own booth. Tables, racks, shelves and/or tarps may not be a ached to any permanent structure. Do not nail, tape or use push pins on any permanent building. Do not dig holes for tent stakes. The directors must approve Anchorage. 3. Booth hours are Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Set up will be allowed between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. You MAY NOT drive vehicles in the vendor parking area between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. 4. Booth spaces will be numbered for the convenience of the exhibitors. 5. General security will be provided. The Texas City La Marque Chamber of Commerce cannot assume responsibility for items removed from booths, should that happen. 6. All dealers/vendors must check in with La Marque Bayou Fest Headquarters before occupying their space. Spaces are to be paid in full before dealers occupy them. No Excep ons. Each vendor is required to have a Texas sales permit. Contact for sales tax informa on. 7. Vendor passes will be issued for iden fica on purposes. One vendor parking pass is required for each vehicle and must be visible when entering and while parked in authorized areas. 8. Directors shall designate selling area(s). Each vendor shall conduct business only within the confines of his/her designated space, and may not move to an unoccupied space without prior approval from the directors. 9. The directors reserve the right to restrict the sale, display or distribu on of any printed materials, photographs, books, paraphernalia or other representa ons in order to maintain a proper moral wholesome environment. No one shall bring upon or distribute on the grounds any poli cal, religious or solici ng ma er or handbills without prior consent of the directors.

4 10. The following will not be allowed for any reason: firearms (other than an ques), loud music or amplifiers, or animals (to include pets), for sale or exhibi on. 11. Merchandise le on the grounds is done so en rely at the risk of the owner. Directors are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, personal property or vehicles while on premises. 12. Lots may not be used for games of skills, raffles, lo eries, palm reading or such, auc ons, or any purpose, which is carnival related. 13. In accordance with state law, wastewater of any type may not be discharged into, or flow into a public place, gu er, street, creek, etc. Dump sta ons are located on the grounds for this purpose. 14. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed at the owner s expense. All vehicles are parked at owner s risk. No fy the directors should an emergency arise that will prevent removal of your vehicle(s) from the Bayou Fest area at close of business on Saturday. 15. Only city owned and/or Chamber sponsored golf carts are permi ed on the grounds. No motorcycles, bicycles, skateboard and/or roller blades allowed on the grounds. 16. Parents or guardians are responsible for minor children brought onto premises. 17. All vendors are required to have their trash bagged and/or sacked prior to departure from their space(s). 18. No pets allowed. 19. Deadline for booth entries is October 10th NO REFUNDS. Booth fees must accompany booth applica ons. Fees must be paid by cashier s check, money order, and cash, MC/VISA or personal checks. 20. All par cipants must obey county, state and federal laws, including fire codes. 21. Vendors who are not selling a tangible product, i.e. service providers, non profits, vaca on packages, etc., will be located in a different vendor area than tradi onal vendors.

The Directors of Texas City La Marque Chamber of Commerce reserve the right to bar from La Marque Bayou Fest any exhibitor or part of an exhibit, person, or thing that is not in its opinion in keeping with the character and purposes of Bayou Fest. 22. In the event of a bonafide dispute between an exhibitor and the Bayou Fest Commi ee, the Execu ve Commi ee of the Texas City La Marque Chamber of Commerce shall be the sole judge and its decision shall be final. 23. Any viola on of these rules and regula ons on the part of any exhibitor will nullify the agreement to occupy space and such exhibitors will forfeit to the Texas City La Marque Chamber of Commerce any and all fees, which may have been paid. 24. No water wigglies, no aerosol cans, no s nk bombs and no fireworks. 25. Booth holders must furnish their own electrical needs and extension cords!
