7 Payroll: Longevity Pay Longevity pay is $6 per month for each year of service Begins after 12 months of service have been completed Included in bi-weekly paycheck 7

9 Payroll: Jury Duty and Military Duty Full pay is received during jury duty The city provides 15 days of military leave each fiscal year for military duty The time is available only to those who are called to military duty 9
10 Payroll: Personal Leave After completion of six months service, employees are eligible for 16 hours of personal leave per fiscal year (Oct. 1 to Sept. 30) Unused personal leave may possibly be converted to vacation at the end of the fiscal year. See Personal Leave policy for details 10
11 Payroll: Sick Leave Available after completing six months of service 4.62 hours are accrued each pay period or 120 hours in 12 months There is no maximum accumulation Dependent sick leave is 40 hours maximum Sick Leave Incentive available annually to full-time General Government employees after completion of orientation period 11
