TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. He/She has to produce a Medical Fitness Certificate of his/her fitness duly signed by the Chief Medical Officer of the Govt. Hospital indicating specifically that he/she is not suffering from any communicable disease. 2. He/She will produce the original certificates of his/her academic/technical qualifications, age proof etc; in original at the time of joining the post. 3. He/She is liable to serve anywhere in Himachal Pradesh in the Technical Education Department wherever the Department may have offices/ Institutions. 4. The appointment may be terminated at any time by one month notice given by either side viz. the appointee or appointing authority, without assigning any reason. The appointing authority, however, reserves the right of terminating the services of the appointee forthwith or before the expiry of the stipulated period of notice by making payment to him/her of a sum equivalent to the pay and allowances for the period of notice of the un-expired portion thereof. 5. He/She is required to produce a certificate of character issued by Ist Class Magistrate or from a Gazetted Officer known to him/her for the last three years before joining the appointment. 6. If any declaration given or information furnished/supplied by his/her proves to be false or he/she is found to have willfully suppressed any material/information he/she will be liable for removal from the service and for such action as the Govt. may think necessary. 7. The services rendered on contract basis shall not be counted towards qualifying services and pensionary benefits etc. He/she will be entitled to regular scale of pay and seniority from the date of his/her joining on regular basis. 8. The official shall be on probation for a period of two years which can be extended, if so warranted. 9. He/She will have to give a declaration that he/she has got only one living wife/spouse, if married. 10. The appointment shall be governed under Himachal Pradesh Civil Service Contributory Pension Rule, The appointee shall have to submit the nomination of the Group Insurance Scheme, 1984 at the time of joining of the duty. 12. No TA/DA will be admissible for joining the duty. 13. The seniority of the above officials shall be finalized as per instructions issued by the Govt. from time to time. 14.If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to him/her, he/she should report for duty at his/her respective place of posting as shown against his/her name within fifteen days failing which the offer shall be treated as withdrawn.
