Skilled: Computer knowing graduate, Electrician, Plumber, Works Supervisor (Civil/ Electrical), Driver/Tractor Driver, Lab. Technician, X-Ray Technician etc. ii. Semi-Skilled: Field Assistant/ Lab. Assistant etc. iii. Unskilled: Farm/office Labourers and persons (Safai KaramcLnris) for Housekeeping, General Maintenance & Cleaning of University Campuses at Chatha & F.V.Sc. R.S.Pura and or constituent units of University etc. The tender form along with detailed terms & conditions of contract cal be had from t]1e office of Registrar, SKUAST-J, Chatha, Jammu against nonrefundable/ non-transferable payment of (1000/- (One thousand only) for each in shape of account payee's demand draft drawn in favour of Comptroller, SKUAST-Jarnmu. The University will not take any responsibility for any postal delay, if any, in this regard. The tender form can also be downloaded from our website ututut.skuast.org and submitted along with earnest money by due date. Where tender form is downloaded from website, a demand draft of t1ooo/-(one thousand only) may be enclosed separately on account of cost of each tender form. 2 TENDER FORM AND TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE CONTRACT OF SKILLED' SEMI-SKILLED AND UNSKILLED LABOUR. Terms & Conditions for supply of following Contractual Labourers {skilled (appx. 10 mandays/day), Semi-skilled and unskilled (appx. 150 mandays/day)) for working in farm/1abor"tory, housekeeping, general maintenance & Cleaning and or related activities of University for wtrictr numbers will be variable depending upon day to day requirement to be deployed at Chatha, R.S.Pura and or constituent units of University at different Places. (i) Skilled: Computer knowing graduate, Electrician, Plumber, Works Supervisor (Civil/Electri;al), Driver/Tr-actor Driver, Lab. Technician, X-Ray Technician etc' (ii) Semi-Skilled: Field Assistant/ Lab. Assistant etc' (iii) unskilled: Farm/office laborers and persons (safai KaramcLnris) for Housekeeping, General Maintenance & Cleaning etc' l. The contractor will be responsible for all rules and regulations enforceable by Labour Commissioner, J&K govt. 2" All smaller farm implements required by labourers will be supplied by this universit5r (wherever The minimum rates of wages and statutory contribution viz. EPF, ESI from Govt' J&K applicable), EDLI, Administiative charges on EPF as notified by quote will time to time shall be paid by university. Registration The contractor shall supply photocopies each of EPF/ ESI/ Service Tax and Income Tax Certificate along with tender' S. The contractor shall issue Identity Card/ESI Card (wherever applicable) to above said contractual labourers at his own cost' credit of EPF A/c of 7. While deploying contractual personnel, contractor will be required to maintain full partitulars of tjee personnel along with ir antecedents in advance. In case tontractor requires to change personnel in between contract period similar antecedents of replaced personnel is to be maintained by contractor. The contractual personnel's deployed will be directly under control of contractor but work will be assigned by University. payment will be made direct to contractor immediately after close of every month after receipt of bill for preceding month.
