The Clings can be found in the Annual Enrollment Communication Kit. Full-time associates enrolled in a Home Depot Medical Plan in 2018 will receive a text/ reminding them Annual Enrollment is coming up, and if they do not take action, they will not have coverage in Medical for Postcards will also be mailed too. Nov. 1 Annual Enrollment Begins Remind associates that Annual Enrollment begins today and goes through Nov s and texts will go out to associates reminding them that enrollment starts today. Nov. 8 Nov. 16 Annual Enrollment Reminders Last Day of Communicated Enrollment Full-time associates enrolled in a Home Depot Medical Plan in 2018 will receive a text/ reminding them if they do not take action during enrollment, they will not have coverage in Medical for These reminders will continue weekly through Dec. Remind associates that this is the last day of enrollment for 2019 Benefits. If full-time associates don t take action, they will not have coverage in Medical, Health Savings Accounts or Health Care or Dependent Care Spending Accounts for Nov. 20 Online Enrollment Closes Know that if an associate for some reason missed the enrollment deadline, they can still enroll through the Benefits Choice Center until Dec. 31 at 5 p.m. ET. Dec. 31, 5 p.m. ET Last Day/Time to Make Changes to 2019 Benefits The Benefits Choice Center ( ) will be open through Dec. 31 at 5 p.m. ET to make any last minute changes to 2019 benefits. Only applies to lodging occurring within 24 hours of, and including days of treatment. A benefit of 100% of the previously paid amount will be paid if a covered person is diagnosed for a second time with a heart attack, stroke, coronary artery bypass surgery, transplant, invasive cancer or carcinoma in situ. The second date of diagnosis must be more than 12 months after the first date of diagnosis for the Reoccurrence Benefit critical illness, and for the cancer critical illness benefits, the covered person must have had no symptoms nor received any treatment during the 12 months after the prior occurrence.
