It also allows you to download useful forms, request plan documents, and access our online Administrative Guide and Calendar of important plan compliance updates. How do you access the Plan Sponsor site? It's simple. First, log on to. You will need to enter your username and password. 6 3.2 Participant Resources TransDirect Participant Voice Response System (VRS) (800) 401-TRAN (8726) Participants may contact TransDirect for current account balances and to change their investment allocations. The participant must have their Social Security Number and their Personal Identification Number (PIN) to use the system. The Voice Response System (VRS) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any transactions made prior to 4:00 p.m. ET will be processed as of that business day. Transactions made after the 4:00 p.m. ET cutoff will be processed the next business day. When any transaction is initiated, a confirmation of that activity will be mailed to the participant. In addition, if the participant loses his/her Password, he or she may change their Password via the VRS or call and speak to a Specialist to request a new one. English and Spanish speaking service professionals are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. The VRS gives participants the ability to: Verify account balances Request investment changes Initiate fund transfers Model and/or request a loan Determine amounts available for hardship and in-service withdrawals Request a copy of statement to be mailed to their home Speak to a live specialist Participant Contact Center Participants may contact (800) 401-TRAN (8726) and speak to a specialist 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Our representatives assist participants with: Completing transactions Understanding how to complete participant forms Navigating through the Web site or VRS Requesting copies of statements Address changes

Transamerica Retirement Solutions Web Site Your employees may visit this site for streamlined asset allocation tools, fund performance, a portfolio modeler, and information on market volatility. Remember that frequently asked questions are also available on the Web site. Participant Transactional Web Site Participants may access their personal account online. They must have their username and password to access the system. Through the Web site participants may request: Investment performance Account balances Password If a participant has forgotten his or her password he or she can have a new one generated by using the Forgot your password? function in the login box. Investment changes Fund transfers Loans Distributions Address changes Statements mailed to home address or request a copy online
