7 Mitigating Risk Most powerful aspect of the levels/pivots Something to lean on/line in the sand Outstanding exit points for a trade. Rarely buy strength/sell weakness Why? Rather buy weakness and sell strength

8 Trade #1: Short the Vol Level Daily Pivot Fail ID Upper Vol Level and Daily Pivot Bunched. Likely to visit that area. Short near , stop above Daily pivot (2 handle maximum) First time up much more likely to be a fade.

9 Trade #2: Cover & Reverse Long for a Second Run at the Vol Level/Daily Pivot Cover when we fail to take out OR Low (higher low) At this point a second run at the vol level likely Stop should be below or low Why? You re wrong.

10 Trade #3: Short the Second Failed Attempt Toppy candle at the daily pivot Short with a stop above daily pivot Limited risk trade

11 Short the Second failure at Daily Pivot Respect the opening range for a second higher low. Still shorting an uptrend. Stop is still above the pivot. Risk very limited

12 Stretched Pivots Distance between pivots and price matter 70 handles or more you need to take notice Useful during ES volatility NOT for calling a bottom or top but useful tool.

14 "Vol Level to Vol Level" Volatility Levels are not always perfect touches 80% Rule I ll take 80% of any move. The top and bottom 10% are gravy. That 80% is achievable with consistency while maintaining low risk. Here s how

16 Classic Bearish Breakdown Utilizing Pivot Points & Volatility Levels in E-Mini Trading Bearish Breakdown We break the level, test the level and fail. Nice 50 point down move in GC. This is where we make our best trades.

17 Classic Bear Breakdown through the Pivot Losing a Vol Level and a Daily Pivot so close together tend to suggest larger runs in the direction of the breakdown. 25 handles here
