Valley Estates Evergreen Overview Evergreen property sales increase, some more than double in key areas since No significant drops in number of days on market when compared to its denver metro counterparts. The greater Evergreen real estate market continues to see strong numbers in buyer activity. Although Evergreen isn t seeing drastic drops in number of days on market, property sales have risen in most areas. Genesee is up by 30% compared to 2011, while Evergreen Meadows, Shadow Mountain, and Soda Creek have more than doubled their property sales since 2011.
