1 BT Panorama Overview BT Panorama provides a two-way data feed with Simple Fund 360 A data feed from BT Panorama to Simple 360 Fund provides you with a daily data feed of Direct Investments, Cash and Income as well as Managed Portfolios. Authority can be granted on either an Adviser or Account level and a Historical data refresh is provided by default. A data feed from Simple Fund 360 to BT Panorama will provide balances of all assets in the SMSF. BT Panorama to Simple Fund 360 Panorama Authority Process To setup Simple Fund 360 please refer to the authorisation process below. Any questions surrounding how to sign-up and account authority must be directed to Panorama Support. 2 Dear Panorama support, Please setup a data feed to BGL Simple Fund 360 for the below account(s) under my adviser ID <2xxxxxxxx> with a <daily> update frequency. Account number 12xxxxxx Account name Xxxxx xxxxx I authorise my clients account data to be sent to BGL Corporate Solutions. Regards, Feed Setup in Simple Fund 360 From the Wrap and Platform Feed Management screen, select Add Feed. The Setup Wrap and Platform Feed screen will appear. Begin typing the fund name into the field and select it from the drop-down list below. 3. Select BT Panorama as the Feed Provider. 4. Input the External Reference/Account ID. You can find the Account ID on the top right-hand corner of your BT Panorama Cash Statement. The Account ID is usually the Client Number. Note: If data has been entered manually for this feed prior to its activation, input a Do not import data before date in the relevant field to the last date of manual data entry. 5. Select the Bank Account for the fund the authority is being granted for (authority will need to be granted for each bank account).

3 6. Select Save. 7. The authority process can take up to 5-6 business days. Once approved data will begin feeding into Simple Fund 360. What Data is Imported? The following information is imported through the data feed: Investment movements (purchases and disposals) Investment income (dividends, distributions and franking credits) Cash transactions How will BT Transactions be coded? All cash, receivable, income and investment transactions will be allocated to the correct account in Simple Fund 360. For purchases of new investments not previously held by the fund, new accounts will be created and transactions will be automatically allocated. Note: Tax Information is not currently available for import from BT Panorama. Which BT Transactions will be matched? Investment and Income transactions will be automatically matched to their corresponding Cash transactions by Simple Fund 360. Investment transactions will also match with their corresponding income transactions (for example, Dividend/Distribution Reinvestment Plans). Any Cash transaction that is not investment related (e.g. an expense) will be automatically matched once a Transaction Matching Rule has been set up. Which BT Transactions will not be matched? Transactions like expenses will not be automatically matched by Simple Fund 360 unless you have Transaction Matching Rules set up. You can match those transactions through the Transaction Matching screen and create Transaction Matching Rules if applicable. If the BT Income Transaction is not on the same date as the BT Bank Transaction, these transactions will also not be automatically matched by Simple Fund 360. You will need to match those through the Transaction Matching screen. Re-Request Transactions Under the Tools column, select the fund(s) to complete the re-request for. Select the button. 3. From the screen, input the dates (earliest import date) and (last Re-Request Transactions Do Not Load Before Do Not Load After import date). Transactions within this date range will be requested and imported from BT Panorama.

4 4. Select Import. Note: The re-request function can be used to import transaction history from before the feed was activated in Simple Fund 360. As part of the authority process BT Panorama will provide all historical transactions for the feed. Simple Fund 360 to BT Panorama The following steps describe how you can activate a data feed for a fund from BGL Simple Fund 360 (BGL SF360) to Panorama. You can choose from two options: How to activate the BGL SimpleFund 360 to Panorama data feed Authorise Panorama to access all your funds on BGL SF360 By authorising access to all funds upfront, you will not need to provide authorisation again if an adviser requests access on behalf of another fund. Panorama will only request information from BGL for funds that have a Panorama account and where the adviser on that account has requested to connect to your accounting software for a fund s externally held assets. Authorise Panorama to access one or more individual funds on BGL SF360 By authorising at fund level, you will need to update the authorisation each time an adviser requests access on behalf of another fund. Please ensure the SMSF s ABN is recorded in BGL360 so that we can link the data Click here for activation instructions. Option 1 - Authorise Panorama to access all your funds on BGL SF Sign in to Panorama. From your client list, select the account that the adviser has requested access to. Within the account, navigate to Portfolio > External assets page and select Authorise.

5 A modal is displayed to confirm connection with BGL Select Connect. BGL SF360 is displayed in a separate window. Log in to BGL SF360 if you are not already logged in. The Please Confirm page is displayed.

6 6. Select Authorise to authorise connection for all funds. You will be redirected back to Panorama and a confirmation will display. The connection will be activated with the next feed, which will show the fund s external assets. Option 2 - Authorise Panorama to access one or more individual funds on BGL SF Sign in to Panorama. From your client list, select the account that the adviser has requested access to. Within the account, navigate to Portfolio > External assets page and select Authorise. A modal is displayed to confirm connection with BGL.

7 4. Select Connect. BGL SF360 is displayed in a separate window. 5. Log in to BGL SF360 if you are not already logged in. The Please Confirm page is displayed.

8 6. 7. Go to SELECT FUND in the top-right corner to specify the fund or funds to authorise. By default, the Auto Enable Funds toggle option is selected. This means that every current fund and any newly added fund will be automatically authorised (once Authorise is selected).
