We have $500 in petty cash. $5, in income this month. $2, in expenses this month. 48% of our income this month was donations. 16% of our income this month was from merchandise. 34% of our income this month was from events. 60% of our expenses this month was for events and event equipment. 3

9 We have 1760 members. Marketing: President s Report Issued the direct mail campaign for the towns Newtown and Shelton. ($229.50) Merchandise: Merchandise has been steady, contributed to by the out of state orders because of our recent national publicity. Our inventory asset value is currently: $2, Our inventory retail value is currently: $9, Events: The Rights, Responsibilities and Mindset seminar in Fairfield County was held on March 30th at O Connor s Public House. RR&M Revenue: $1,875 RR&M Expenses: $700 RR&M Profit: $1,175 Legal Cases: A template has been put together for the website to allow for a better and more individual donation system. Many cases need serious updates on the website and to the membership. Not enough man hours right now. 13 Legal: Director Report - Edward Peruta Won appeal in Ninth Circuit overturning the good cause requirement on California CCW licenses. Spent time dealing with publicity in Peruta v San Diego The background check fee case is moving along. There should be good progress to announce soon. Spent time rescuing firearms for several Connecticut residents. Pending FOI requests: DESPP is still stonewalling using legal affairs. Upcoming FOI hearings should be interesting. Have a bunch of requests in for various information about AW and LCM registration. Media: Has some great connections and is working them for public access TV. Very close to some real groundbreaking news. Appeared on The Pete Santilli show out of California. Appeared on The Kelly Files on Fox News TV. Appeared on The Randy Tobler Show (Fox) out of St. Louis. Appeared on Kate Krueger s Talking Guns. Quoted in most of the same articles as Rich B.»» Proposed a budget of $120 per week towards producing a public TV program. 13
