The Prize: Five winners will each win 1x pair of tickets to Demon Dayz Festival on 10 th June 2017 at Dreamland. Margate, Kent with flights and accommodation included, for two people. 11. Additional Prize Details and Conditions: a. The Prize includes: 1x pair of general admission tickets to Demon Dayz Festival in Margate, UK; 1x 1 night s stay in minimum 3* accommodation, sharing a standard room on a room only basis; If fights needed: 1. Return economy flights (if applicable) from an international airport in Germany, Sweden, Italy, Hungary, Romania or the Czech Republic to the UK. 2. Return transfers from the UK airport to the accommodation in Margate; If flights not needed: 1. Standard class train/taxi from the winner s home (if a UK winner) to the accommodation in Margate; Return transfers from the Hotel in Margate to the Festival in Margate. b. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include domestic travel/transportation outside the UK, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, travel insurance, excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs; c. If a flight or hotel booking is cancelled by a winner, no alternatives will be issued to that winner and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided; j. If a winner resides outside the UK that winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest; l. The winners are solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes; n. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to the room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services; o. Each winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or the winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. p. At the Festival: a. By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby grant the Promoter (or the Promoter s designee) the exclusive right to film, tape, sound record and photograph all their activities in connection with the Promotion and Prize. Everything filmed, taped or recorded by the Promoter (or the Promoter s designee) shall be known as Footage. b. All entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the Promoter with full title guarantee (and by way of present assignment of present and future rights) all intellectual property rights in any Footage throughout the world for the full unexpired period of such rights and all renewals, reversions and extensions of such period as may be provided under any applicable law throughout the world. c. All entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive in favour of the Promoter, the Promoter s affiliates and their licensees, assigns and successors in title, all moral rights in any Footage to which he or she is, or may at any time in the future be, entitled. 4 14. The Prize is non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no cash or other alternative in whole or in part. 15. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, should the advertised Prize become unavailable for reasons beyond their control. 16. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services. 17. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted the next working day after the closing date and, for your total confidence, by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. 18. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via a message on Facebook on within 24 hours of the draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 24 hours of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and the prize will be allocated to an alternative entrant selected in the same manner. 19.
