1 WIN TICKETS TO LOVE ISLAND FINAL WITH LUCOZADE ZERO TERMS AND CONDITIONS Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this Promotion. Who may enter: 1. This free prize draw ( Promotion ) is open to residents of UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over. 2. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion. How to enter: 3. To take part in this Promotion entrants must: a) Tag two [2] friends on the Lucozade Zero competition post on Facebook; b) Have a public profile on the social media platform used for entry to the Promotion 4. No purchase is necessary to enter. 5. Maximum of 1 entry per Facebook account. Closing date: 6. The free prize draw opens on 25 th June All entries must be received by 11.59pm (UK time) on 8 th July 2018 (the Closing Date ). Winner selection and notification: 7. One (1) winner will be selected at random (under the supervision of an independent person) from all complete, correct and eligible entries received by the closing date (regardless of social media platform). The draw will take place within three (3) working days of the end of the Promotion. 8. The winner will be a person who did the tagging. The people who are tagged are not entered into the competition. 9. The winner will be notified by way of direct message on the social media platform used to enter the Promotion within three (3) working days of the end of the Promotion. The winner must respond to the direct message by on 15 th July 2018 otherwise the prize will be forfeited by the winner.

2 Prize[s]: 10. The prize is: one pair of tickets to the Love Island final. This includes: a) Return flights from the nearest UK airport with routes to Mallorca b) Return airport transfers in Mallorca c) 2 nights 4* hotel accommodation in a double/twin room d) All-inclusive board basis at the hotel e) Return transfers to the Love Island villa for the final 11. Prize terms and conditions: a) Access to the villa for the live final is at the sole discretion of ITV. ITV reserves the right to refuse a prize winner access if a prize winner s chaperone or any other ITV representative is of the opinion that the prize winner is intoxicated, has noticeably consumed alcohol or that their behaviour might otherwise disturb the filming of the live final in any way. ITV s decision in respect of the same is final. b) Flights available from UK only, subject to available flight routes; c) Both guests need to be over 18; d) A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; e) Flights include hand luggage only; f) Flight routing will be selected at the prize provider s sole discretion and may be indirect; g) Hotel check in from 2pm / check out before 12 noon; h) Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; i) No cash alternative is available; j) Personal expenses are not included; k) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability;

3 l) Once booked, the prize cannot be amended; m) Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any preexisting medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 70 or over; n) Trip to take place on set dates in line with Love Island final and no other dates are available; o) All element of the prize must be taken at the same time 12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of the prizes) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing the prize is nonrefundable and non-transferable. 13. If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. 14. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prizes where applicable. 15. There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next two paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and all matters for which it cannot, under English law, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described below will apply. References to the Promoter include all of the Promoter s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the Promotion. 17. The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) occurrences beyond the Promoter s control, including but not limited to:

4 a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion; b) any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used; c) problems with the dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient); and d) any act or default of any third party supplier. 18. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry. 19. Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. 20. The Promoter s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. 21. By entering, you acknowledge that Facebook, and/or ITV bears no responsibility for this Promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Facebook and/or ITV from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Promotion. You understand that the information you provide is provided to the Promoter (and its affiliates, associates and agents where applicable) and not to Facebook and/or ITV. ITV is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or the fulfilment of any prizes. 22. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. 23. Entries may be subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to deem an entry to be ineligible should it contain offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content. 24. The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the Promoter s request. English Law applies: 28. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prize), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion (including the prize).
