John s role encompasses support on projects that are being delivered during the construction phase, as well as providing advice upon disputes and dispute avoidance. He has wide experience advising both major international contractors and client bodies including government entities globally, and his role encompasses advice on live projects and dispute advice after project close out. John has truly global experience having worked in over 5 countries, providing commercial advice on major projects and programmes at all stages of the project cycle and he has wide experience in dispute avoidance and the commercial management of disputes. In project set up stage, John advises clients on procurement strategy and the most suitable commercial models for projects. He has testified as a quantum expert on numerous occasions in many major disputes and has provided opinion at trial on a range of subject matters related to quantity surveying and opinion on issues related to estimating, project budgets, termination valuation, cost and financial audit, preparation of final accounts, valuation of variations, re-measurement, inflation and assessment of disruption/prolongation cost claims. He has worked across the UK, Dominican Republic, India, the Middle East, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Gibraltar and Romania. He has over twenty five years of experience as a chartered Quantity Surveyor, with over fifteen of those years specialising in claims, dispute and expert witness work. He provides independent advice to clients and contractors on contractual issues and quantum matters on construction and infrastructure projects, with special expertise in the avoidance or of disputes before they escalate. He acts as a quantum expert witness in litigation, arbitration and adjudication, including professional negligence cases. Tim is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, has an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration and is a RICS accredited mediator. Tim has acted as a quantum expert in over 50 cases and has been cross examined in the Technology and Construction Court in London and both domestic and international arbitrations, along with representation in adjudication and mediation. His experience covers a whole range of quantity surveying issues including project budgets, remeasurement, valuation of variations and claims, final accounts, cost audits, disruption and prolongations, suspension and termination. He has over fifteen years experience, specialising in dispute, dispute management and expert witness services. He has focused the majority of his career in the Middle East and is bi-lingual so able to serve the needs of clients in both Arabic and English and has formally acted in both languages. He provides independent advice to clients and contractors on contractual issues and quantum matters on construction and civil engineering projects, and is regularly called upon to provide support and guidance to parties through the complexities of dispute and arbitration in Middle Eastern jurisdictions. He has been actively involved in construction planning and project management for thirty years, with the last ten years spent providing expert advice and consultancy in forensic planning and project management. Paul has provided expert opinion in forensic planning and project management negligence matters in adjudication, arbitration and litigation and has testified in the UK TCC (litigation), Poland (litigation) and Dubai (DIAC Arbitrations) as a forensic planning expert. He is an expert forensic planner with over twenty years experience in engineering, building and civils planning, pre-site and site construction planning. Chris has detailed forensic planning experience for use in the of disputes involving delay and disruption. Alan s role encompasses support on projects that are being delivered during the construction phase, as well as providing advice upon disputes and dispute avoidance. He has wide experience advising both contractors and client bodies including government entities. From an engineering background, Alan has defined skills in preparing and defending contractors claims, preparing independent reviews of projects in dispute, contract advice, adjudication, arbitration and expert witness work in the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. Alan is a chartered engineer, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Institution of Civil Engineers and has a masters degree in construction law. He joined Turner & Townsend Contract Services in 2008 based in London and subsequently posted to Beijing and Hong Kong. Daniel has strong commercial acumen and extensive experience in the international construction industry with professional legal, commercial and engineering experience and qualifications. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Daniel is a contract and claim specialist and has been appointed as independent quantum expert. He has extensive experience in various types of dispute s including international arbitration, litigation and mediation and is skilful in delay analysis, complex quantum evaluation, drafting of expert reports and claim avoidance through advanced risk management of contract life cycle. He is a member of the North America Regional Board and is chair of the North American Service Excellence Working Group. He has over 0 years of experience practicing as a professional project and cost management consultant in Europe and North America, and since 1986 has practiced in Canada, where he is a recognized leader in Construction Cost and Project Management. Gerard has experience in a number of construction industry sectors including healthcare, education, residential, infrastructure, transportation, and both provincial and federal government. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and sits on the Membership and Accreditation Assessment Committee for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (North America). Mr McCabe is a fellow of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and is past president of the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He is well versed with all elements of commission practice, procedures and management relating to commercial and contractual service provisions, having led on many procurement initiatives and significant claims. He has seventeen years of consultancy experience and is a claims expert specialising in forensic delay analysis and project planning. Stuart has experience in live project environments providing advice and contractual assessments in relation to both time and money.
