Submit copy of Current State Registration 4. Provide Certificate of Insurance (General Liability, Workers Compensation or Workers Compensation Exempt Form) made out to: Indian River County Building Department 5. Initial Application Fee/Annual Renewal Fee: $50.00, expires every July 31 st 6. Local Applicants: a. Obtain and submit a copy of a City of Vero Beach or Indian River County occupational license. 7.
