3 Speaker biographies Bruce Carnegie-Brown Chairman, Lloyd s Bruce Carnegie-Brown became Chairman of Lloyd s in June He has over thirty-five years of experience across the financial services industry and is currently also Chairman of Moneysupermarket Group and a Vice- Chairman of Banco Santander. He was Chief Executive for Marsh UK and Europe between 2003 and 2006, Senior Independent Director at the Catlin Group Ltd from , Non-Executive Chairman of Aon UK Ltd from 2012 to 2015, and a Non- Executive Director of JLT Group plc from 2016 to He previously worked at JP Morgan for 18 years across a number of senior roles, ran 3i Group plc's Quoted Private Equity Division from 2007 and was a Senior Independent Director at Close Brothers Group plc from Daniel Revilla Regional Head of Latin America, Lloyd s Since January 2016, Daniel assumed the role of Lloyd's Regional Head for Latin America, previously serving as Head of Operations and Strategy for Global Markets (since January 2014). In both roles he has supported Lloyd's growth in international markets and the implementation of Lloyd's strategy and vision. Prior to joining Lloyd's, Daniel worked for nine years at Zurich Insurance (Switzerland), in strategy and business development roles, and spent the last three years as Head of Strategy for General Insurance. He previously worked for UBS Investment Bank in London ( ) in M&A Advisory and Strategy. In Peru, his country of origin, Daniel worked for Telefónica Sistemas as Financial Director ( ) and began his career at AFP Integra (a mutual fund) as Investment and Financial Planning Analyst (1995). He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School) and studied Business Administration and Accounting at the Universidad del Pacífico in Lima.

Underwriting capacity increased for 2018 to approximately US$250 million to accommodate growth in these original lines, as well as to

7 allow for the introduction of Speciality Reinsurance and Personal Accident lines of business. Blenheim Syndicate 5886's underwriting capacity derives from a mix of Lloyd's capital providers, ranging from large professional ILS sources to that of the more traditional Lloyd's underwriting member.
