1 SINGLE DOCUMENT ON THE ASSESSMENT OF RISK FROM INTERFERENCE () BETWEEN: CLIENT CESENA FIERA S.P.A. Via Dismano 3845, Località Pievesestina, Cesena (FC), Pievesestina di Cesena (FC), Emilia Romagna - Italy Tel Fax: (this document is drawn up in order to conform to Art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08) (this document is drawn up in order to conform to Art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08) OBLIGATIONS RELATED TO SET-UP / DISMANTLING OPERATIONS FOR TRADE FAIR EVENTS to be attached to the Exhibitor's contract 1(of 16)

2 This document is the exclusive property of CESENA FIERA S.p.A. and may not be reproduced or disseminated by third parties without the written consent of the Legal Representative of CESENA FIERA S.p.A. PREMISE This document represents the information between the client and the exhibitors, and their suppliers, with regard to the specific risks that arise in the environments specified in the exhibitor's contract for carrying out Set-up/Dismantling operations at the exhibition centre, as well as the preventive and emergency measures taken in relation to the client's activities in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 81/08 and with the Document on the Assessment of Risk from Interference (). The employer and client, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08, promotes cooperation and coordination by preparing a single risk assessment document that specifies the measures taken in order to eliminate or, if this is not possible, to reduce interference risks to a minimum. This document is attached to the exhibitor's contract (either direct or granting third parties the right to use the exhibition centre) and must be adapted in line with the developments of works, services and supplies. Interference risks originate due to the presence of operators from different companies in the client's workplace. They may also arise due to the specific nature of the site itself and, as a result, cannot necessarily be directly attributed to the activity of an operator (e.g. noise), or due to the activity of operators themselves. The assessment of risk from interference must take into account all the risks present in the workplace, as well as all the risks arising from all the activities carried out, or that will be carried out, during the exhibition centre contract/concession, also determining, for each company operating here, the risks that cause interference on the basis of identification criteria explained previously. Since the specific risk of an activity does not represent an interference risk for workers who perform it, but it can be for the workers of another company, the safety measures implemented to control these risks must be budgeted as costs necessary to ensure the safety of exhibitors and their suppliers, if present, to the exclusion of the company that carries out this activity. In view of all these considerations, we can identify the requirements that characterise a single document on the assessment of risk from interference (), which must: Be integrated with the risk assessment document; Contain all the information required; Be a single document for all the activities that involve risks that interfere with each other; Promote cooperation and coordination, of which the client is in charge; Contain safety costs, since the latter can be determined as a result of the preventive and protective measures to be taken in order to eliminate interference. Such costs must be correctly charged to each contractor separately and specifically. The purpose of this procedure is to describe and regulate the activities to be carried out and the responsibilities of the parties involved in the case of a contract signed with exhibitors or if the exhibition area is entrusted to third parties. This procedure applies in the event that works are entrusted within the client company. With this document, Cesena Fiera S.p.A., as the client of the exhibiting companies that will be authorised to operate at the client's premises, wishes to inform the above-mentioned workers about the interference risks that may arise from the activities carried out by the companies present and other activities typically carried out at the premises of Cesena Fiera S.p.A. 2(of 16)

3 In fact, this document is aimed at integrating the contents of the risk assessment of Cesena Fiera S.p.A. - as identified in the DVR with the risks of the activities carried out by the exhibiting companies (and their suppliers) at the premises of Cesena Fiera S.p.A., with reasonable foresight, and at identifying the preventive and protective measures to eliminate or, at least, reduce such risks. The exhibiting companies (and their suppliers) will be asked to examine the with the utmost care and attention, and to report to the client company any related considerations, integrations or comments. Given the specific nature of the client and the possible operational variables that can occur on a daily basis such as, by means of example, weather-related variables, variables related to vehicle traffic and the activities carried out simultaneously by several exhibiting companies (and their suppliers), this document cannot be considered exhaustive. In accordance with the principles of autonomy and responsibility of each Employer and of each exhibiting company (and their suppliers) operating at the client's company, this document is not intended to limit in any way or include all the specific obligations and responsibilities of the above-mentioned parties, as prescribed by the legislation on the protection of health and safety in the workplace. The exhibiting companies (and their suppliers) are nevertheless required to strictly comply with current regulations on accident prevention, hygiene in the workplace, and on the improvement of the safety and health of workers in the workplace. If the activity specified in the contract should fall, even at a later stage, within the cases provided for by the construction site regulation (Legislative Decree no. 81/08 - Section IV, Annex 10), the Client shall appoint the Safety Coordinators of the project and its implementation, and shall ensure the application of the specific Construction Site Procedure. The parties to which this document is addressed are: a) Client: Cesena Fiera S.p.A. b) Exhibitors and their suppliers c) Anyone else who may be involved in Set-up/Dismantling operations Type of activities carried out in work areas Set-up operations for the organisation of the trade fair, conferences, shows, events and related dismantling operations, People present in work areas At the exhibition centre, during set-up and dismantling, the following are allowed to intervene: Employees of Cesena Fiera S.p.A. and/or of its supplier companies; Employees of Rimini Fiera S.p.A. and/or of its supplier companies; Exhibitors; Suppliers of the Exhibitors. When entering the facility with your own vehicle, you must proceed at walking speed, observe the signs installed and park in the allocated spaces. EVACUATION PROCEDURE OF THE FACILITY FOR VISITORS, EXTERNAL TECHNICIANS AND, IN GENERAL, PEOPLE NOT INVOLVED IN THE ORGANISATION Behaviour to adopt in the event of a fire emergency Cesena Fiera has its own fire-fighting team, the team of the Fire Department (during events) and adequate firefighting equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, etc.). Therefore, should a dangerous situation occur, the fire-fighting team must be immediately informed by calling the operator directly and describing the current situation in detail, or by activating the fire alarm buttons located in all the rooms. In case of fire, in addition to alerting the staff in the manner described above, each company must ensure that each of its workers remains calm and follows the instructions provided by the emergency staff. If necessary, the staff may then intervene using fire extinguishers supplied by Cesena Fiera, located in all the rooms, or with the fire extinguisher that the exhibitor must make available at each stand, as required by the rules for participation in trade fairs. 12(of 16)

13 If the order to evacuate is given, avoid running or screaming and head towards the marked emergency exits nearest to you. Please also refer to the current safety regulations that apply within Cesena Fiera, indicated with specific signs, which must be observed scrupulously. In case of evacuation, behave as follows: If you receive and recognise the evacuation signal, tag along to another employee and follow his/her instructions. If an employee asks you to follow him/her because the facility is to be evacuated, follow the instructions given to you: he/she has already received special training and knows how to behave. It is unusual for visitors, guests and, in general, people that are not involved in the organisation to be alone in the facility. However, if this should occur, behave as follows: If you receive and recognise the evacuation signal, head towards the marked escape route nearest to you, tag along to the first employee you can find and follow the instructions given to you: he/she has already received special training and knows how to behave. If you have not heard the evacuation signal, or if you have not recognised it, but you have perceived the presence of an unusual situation, head towards the marked escape route nearest to you, tag along to the first employee you can find and follow the instructions given to you: he/she has already received special training and knows how to behave.
