LABOUR LAW Law no. 99 / 2003 of 27th August approves the Labour Code Law no. 35 / 2004 of 29 th July rules the law number 99 / 2003, of 27 th August, which approved the Labour Code. 2 3. SERVICES OF HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK ORGANIZATION Law no. 102/2009, of September 10 new legal regime promoting safety, security and health at work. Ordinance no. 429/99, of October 21 It creates the program Safe Work and regulates the terms of a reduced contribution rate to be applied to small and medium enterprises, given the good practice followed by the same in matters of Health and Safety at work.
