If an effective date has passed and the broker attempts to resume or review the quote via the documents menu, the quote will not generate. If an effective date has passed and the broker attempts to access the submission via the Work Queue, the broker will be directed to the Policy Info page, effective date will be cleared, and the message Effective Date must be today date or up to 75 days from today. will display. The effective date must be modified to comply with the instructions before the broker can advance to subsequent pages. In the event the broker opts to leave the quote without changing the effective date, the original effective date will be recorded in the database and the quote will expire according to the seventy five (75) day rule outlined above. 25
