2 1.0 INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS 1) Bidders are requested to read carefully the contents of the document. 2) Bidders are to complete the tender document and provide all the related documents information in sufficient detail. The complete tender application forms must be prepared, submitted in original and must be so marked. 3) All documents must be in English language and each of the tender application must be duly completed. 4) All Bidders will be informed accordingly after finalization of tender decision. The Bidders hereby acknowledges and agrees that FNU will not be obliged to discuss any aspect of the tender process. 5) Bidders should note clearly the date and the time of submittal of the tender application. No late or delayed applications will be accepted. Bidders are reminded that no supplementary material will be entertained by FNU after the close of submission. However FNU may, if necessary, at its sole discretion ask for any clarification regarding the submitted tender and/or related documents. 6) All the bidders including those who have tendered are requested to get in touch with procurements office, for all updates on the tender such as addendums/corrigendum, postponement of tender schedules etc.

3 2.0 REQUIREMENTS 1) Bidder to verify all ground surface condition on site before submitting their tender. 2) Bidder to ensure all personnel have proper PPE while entering the site 3) Bidder to ensure all works to be done within proper works specification as provided in the tender schedule 4) Bidder to use their own equipment s in the execution of the said works. 5) Bidder to coordinate with the Director Properties and Facilities or his duly delegated and authorized staff on all site issue and constraints. 6) Bidder to provide company profile 7) Bidder to provide workers compensation 8) Bidder to provide public liability 9) Bidder is to provide Tax Compliance Certificate. 10) Bidder to provide capability statements 11) Bidder to provide work methodology 12) All workmanship to be of high expected standard with very neat finish. 13) Bidder shall be liable for any damages to the property/resources at their own cost. 14) An induction shall be done for all Bidders together with the Client.

The bid price provided above is to account for any cartage / transport cost associated with these services.

5 4.0 TENDER: SCOPE OF WORKS 1. Bidder to supply sanitary bins. 2. Bidder to empty all sanitary bins and, replace and return sanitary bins to their respective positions after being emptied. 3. Bidder to provide replacement sanitary bins at same instant as when the bin is removed. 4. Bidder to supply sanitizers to urinals in men s washroom. 5. An indication on the number of units required is stated in the table below which is also subject to change. The numbers may be increased as and when needed and the bidder shall adhere to the need.
