16 Environmental Assessment (EA) Summary of Potential Impacts Natural Environmental Resource Impacts: Impacts to water resources including wetlands; Minimal impacts to forest and rare, threatened, & endangered (RTE) species; Noise impacts would occur to Dahlgren Wayside Park; No impacts to air quality; Detailed investigations for hazardous materials were recently conducted, results are pending. 16

20 Resolution Process Goals of the resolution process are: To establish an approach for addressing and resolving challenges related to public parks and military facilities; To ensure clear understanding of the project issues among the agencies; and To obtain consensus on the most effective project solution.
