3 Our training services Trainers for the training institutes We provide training services both directly and also in conjunction with our partners. A number of successful partnerships have been developed including the EU Funding at your Fingertips which has been running successfully with the European Training Institute for over 10 years. Interactive and tailored training Through our proven experience we know that the key to successful training is to continuously change and adapt to the new environment, new opportunities and evolving funding landscape. Our approach is to work with small groups with high impact practical advice and action oriented strategies. Over the years we have developed a unique offering. Presentations are always illustrative while case studies and role-playing are specifically designed to be relevant for the specific target audience in order to reinforce the learning. Roundtable clinics are integrated into the training modules to allow peer review and feedback. A comprehensive solution Our approach is built on success. A major element of this is listening to the organisations that we work with, understanding the real needs. Based on these needs we develop our programme of inputs. The objective is always to provide real added value for our clients that will impact on their approach to the public sector market long after the training is completed. The result is a comprehensive solution drawing on our twenty plus years knowledge and experience aligned with real market intelligence and results. 3
