7 iprefer Enrollment Button The IQA standards outlined in your hotel's contract require that you have our iprefer logo present and correctly hyperlinked on your hotel website. You can find an example of what this might look like below from Hotel Valley Ho's website. Your 5-digit hotel property code NEW Join Now logos are available!

8 Setting up your Enrollment Button 1. Download our iprefer logo 2. Place the Enrollment Button on your website Placement should be prominent on your website (i.e. on your website's footer, in the navigation bar, etc.) 3. Link your Enrollment Button Link the following URL: You must replace XXXXX with your 5-digit alphanumeric property code (not your SynXis ID). This unique URL will allows your property to track the enrollments made through your Hotel website. You can find this report through the iprefer Hotel Portal. 10 Enrollment Banners Use enrollment banners on your website, communications, newsletters, and more! Banners are available to download on PreferredNet. We offer seven color combinations: blue, green, grey, orange, pink, teal, and yellow. Banners are available in four sizes: 160x600, 300x250, 600x300, 728x90 You can link your enrollment banner using the same procedures used to link the enrollment button.

11 How to Link Your Enrollment Banner 1. Choose a banner that aligns with your hotel brand. Banners are available for download on PreferredNet. 2. 13 What is a Landing Page? A landing page is a section of a website that is accessed by clicking a link on another page, usually a website s home page. Creating a landing page will showcase that your hotel is a part of a loyalty program, give guests an overview of what they can expect to receive during their stay, and also encourage enrollments.
