3 INTRODUCTION Original 2009 paper analysed Road Maintenance spending across 3 NZ Councils Result showed Councils were reactive with road maintenance expenditure Data remodelled using Proactive Maintenance Strategy & showed significant cost savings. Reprised Paper looks at results of reinvesting Proactive Maintenance Strategy cost savings
