Leahy, City Manager Subject: Status Report Work Plan Date: 01/15/2013 ISSUE: Shall the City Council receive a Status Report of its adopted 2012 Work Plan? RECOMMENDATION: To receive the report and discuss as necessary. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On May 8, 2012, the City Council adopted its 2012 Work Plan which included 23 items (please refer to Attachment 1). Below is a table summarizing the status of 2012 Work Plan Items. Corn plete* In-Process* Delayed *Includes some items that are double-counted. On Tuesday evening, staff will review the status of each of these work plan items so the City Council may determine whether any of these items should be considered for potential carryover to the 2013 Work Plan, which the Council is scheduled to discuss later this month or in early February. ALTERNATIVES: 1. To receive and discuss the status of the 2012 Work Plan. 2. To schedule this item for additional discussion.
