4 G 165 Schema Documentation The key outstanding items on the schema release are as follows: (i) GNI have issued draft MPD s to industry to reflect the schema change. Industry feedback was not received but is welcome before GNI publish updated MPD s on the website. Period for supplier comments extended to 11 June. (ii) On the Revenue protection processes captured in the schema, Dana Paraschiv to confirm CER position on golive for these new RP provisions. If not going live with the schema, the functionality will remain dormant in the system. CER to update at next GMARG G 166 Lock Moratorium to IC sites The CER advised that this is being discussed also in the context of the electricity side and alignment to be considered. Gas Map Change Control Overview Update at Meeting Action/Next Steps GENERAL UPDATE on schema release Slide was provided to the forum It was noted that final preparations are ongoing for the schema release scheduled for next Saturday, 23 May, with all shipper internal testing and cross participant testing completed with no major issues Final IBM market assurance document being completed and undergoing approval from CER. FAR/PAYG Update on PPM items misdirected payments Annual AQ/SPC setting Proposal to allocate gas to all safety locked consuming sites going forward An update was provided by Hilary Healy with Shippers having differing views as to how the AC read proposal should be progressed. There was consensus that an offline conference call should be arranged to discuss this It was noted this process is ongoing and shippers will receive Gas Year 15/16 setting on June 2 nd. Shippers to review the data and revert in the first half of August It was noted that some suppliers provided feedback, but not all suppliers responded. CER are meeting GNI s service delivery team on the parallel issue of safety locks and physical logistics..gni service delivery team to present a proposal at the next GMARG.
