29 After Online Application Approved 1. Prepare all the supporting documents as stated in PTPTN loan agreement: - Print 2 sets of PTPTN Agreement (Valid for 14 days). Complete it using either black or blue ball point pen. Liquid paper is not allowed. - Print 1 set of CETAK MAKLUMAT (Personal particular) - Photocopy 1 copy of MPI Offer Letter (Provision or Condition Offer Letter is not accepted) - Buy 2 pieces of RM10 Duty Stamp from Post Office

30 2. All printing must be on a single-sided white A4 paper and in black ink. 3. Submit for verification at Admin office. 4. Collect it back from Admin Office. 5. Send PTPTN Agreement and documents to UTC PTPTN Office, Sibu personally. 6. Awaiting for the loan to be credited into your CIMB account. 7. Make sure you maintain your GPA 2.00 every semester. 8. Do inform us if you change your programme.

32 PTPTN APPLICATION FLOW CHART PTPTN Online Application Submit before dateline of Application Frequently check or login to PTPTN Gateway Prepare Documents Agreement Valid for 14 days from the date of the agreement. Submit the documents to UTC PTPTN Sibu Approved $ credited into your CIMB Account
