Registration Information Badges Substitutions/Cancellation Policy Please review the schedule for registration and exhibit set up times to pick up your name badge and registration packet during these times only. Your full registration fee entitles you to attend all seminars, lunch, breaks and the receptions in the exhibit hall. Badges You will be given a name badge at the registration desk. This badge is proof of your registration and must be worn to all events. You must wear your badge to be admitted to all MBAF sponsored functions or have access to our area. Visit Your Vendors Conference Cancellations Please note: Refunds are provided minus a $100 cancellation fee if received and acknowledged in writing by January 20, No refunds can be provided after this date but we do accept substitutions. The MBAF must provide guarantees to the hotel and we are unable to make any reductions after our commitment is made. Dress Code Business attire is appropriate. We are excited to have a Vendor Trade Show that will be open on Wednesday and Thursday. You will see in the program listed in blue all non-conflict times to meet with the exhibitors. There is always a specific event in the room during these times, including a breakfast, breaks, two receptions, and the luncheon. This is the place to meet and greet everyone while enjoying some conversations and get caught up with new trends all the while enjoying some refreshments and food! We will again offer prize (s) with a drawing at the conclusion of the exhibit show on Thursday. You will be provided a card when you pick up your registration materials to use for this. It s very simple, just visit each exhibitor to get your card stamped. You will then turn in your completely stamped card by 4 PM during the final reception to be entered in the drawing. 4
