3 About Together, we can make a difference to the lives of children in our community Cash for Kids is the official charity of Hits Radio Manchester, supporting disabled and disadvantaged children across Greater Manchester. We believe that all children should have the chance to live life to the full and reach their individual potential. Each year we support thousands of children from birth to 18 years old who are ill, disabled, underprivileged or who simply need extra care and guidance. We do this by providing grants to individual children, other children s charities, community groups, schools and health organisations. Every penny raised locally stays locally, so you can be sure that your support will directly benefit a local child with a minimum of 80p from every pound donated going to the children. We participate in a huge variety of fundraising events both on and off-air by encouraging individuals, groups, schools and businesses to jump on board and join the fun!

5 What your cash could do could enable us to give a happy memory to a child living in poverty could mean that a child living in care will not be forgotten at Christmas 100 could help a family to purchase clothes, bedding and other essentials for their children 250 could allow us to buy sports or reading equipment to help children develop 500 could go towards buying a specialised bed or wheelchair for a disabled child 1,000 could enable us to provide sensory equipment for children with learning dfficulties
