1 INVITATION FOR AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) PetroleumBRUNEI wishes to invite interested Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in a future tender for Provision of Design & Renovations for PB's New Office and Restoration Works for Existing Office (BNPC/SA/ 700/HC). The tender is split into work scopes. ) Design Work Provision of interior design for the new office with modern concept and utilizes the best use of space, estimated at,000 sq ft to accommodate approximately 0 employees. ) Renovations Work i. Project management and renovations works which include, but is not limited to; civil works, network & communications cabling, raise flooring, air- conditioning, fire water sprinkler system, plumbing/sanitary work etc and other allied works. ii. Upon completion of the work at the new office, the Contractor shall provide manpower and the necessary tools and equipment to move the existing office furniture, equipment and files to the new office. ) Restoration Work Restoration works for the existing office. The work shall completed by st January 08. Required Documentation In accordance with the Local Business Development Directive issued by the Energy and Industry Department, Prime Minister's Office, this tender falls under Development quadrant. This EOI is open for all Bumiputra & Local companies. Contractor is requires to submit the following:. Appendix A.
