5 NETWORK EFFECT Imprea acts as a social network for investors. If you want to grow a network, you have to take Metcalfe s law into consideration. Metcalfe taught us that the value of a network increases exponentially with each new user that is added to the network. This leaves us with the classic Chicken and Egg problem, i.e. what came first? A network is only valuable when you gain critical mass, but how can you motivate users to sign up when they are the first to do so? 5

6 A TOKEN AS AN INCENTIVE Imprea aims to create a token to incentivize investors to use the app. We will offer early adopters extra tokens to create an account. The sooner you sign up, the more tokens you will get. You can earn extra tokens when other investors clone your trades. By incentivizing these actions we aim to turn Metcalfe s law upside down and motivate early adopters to use our app. WHY IS THIS TOKEN VALUABLE? The token derives its value from three different uses: 1) You can exchange your tokens for a transaction credit. If you are using tokens to pay for commission fees, you are effectively trading for free. 2) The token can be used as currency to reward investors for sharing their trades. 3) You can sell the token for cash at a decentralized exchange. 6

7 20% OF OUR REVENUE IS ALLOCATED TO TOKENS Imprea will allocate 20% of the net commission users generate to repurchase tokens at the open market. Tokens will be traded at the DEX-platform at Waves. Token-holders can use this platform to buy or sell tokens. Imprea will be a stable buyer of tokens and offer liquidity. 7

8 TOKEN ALLOCATION We will create a fixed supply of tokens and distribute these tokens to our users. Distribution of the tokens: tokens for early adopters tokens for cloned trades tokens for development and marketing HOW TO EARN TOKENS Tokens can be earned in two ways: 1) you are awarded tokens for creating an account 2) you are awarded tokens when users clone your trades In both cases, early adopters are awarded more tokens. 8

9 For example: Create account First 200 users get tokens Next 1000 users get tokens Next users get 500 tokens Cloned trade From day one, you will be awarded 400 tokens when other investors clone your trade. However, the number of tokens you receive for one traded clone, will gradually reduce as more users enter the network. TOKENS CREATED ON THE WAVES PLATFORM Imprea will use the WAVES Platform to create custom tokens. WAVES is a decentralized blockchain platform focusing on custom blockchain token operations. WAVES also offers Waves s DEX, a decentralized exchange, built into the Waves blockchain. DEX allows users to trade their tokens - including WAVES, BTC and any other assets issued on the Waves platform - completely trustlessly and without having to move their funds to a centralized exchange. 9

11 TEAM Imprea is a product of TradersOnly BV. TradersOnly BV is a fully licensed online broker based in The Netherlands. TradersOnly operates as an introducing broker for Interactive Brokers. The Imprea app creates a specific social trading interface for investors who have their account with Interactive Brokers. Trades are executed at the Interactive Brokers platform. OWNERS Maarten Verheyen (1977) is an investor and serial entrepeneur. He started his career in 2000 as a publisher of financial newsletters and launched TradersOnly in TradersOnly is an online stock broker aimed at active investors. Piet Vannoppen (1968) started his career in IT/Telecom and became an option trader and created his own training company in 2007 to teach optionstrategies to his students. He is co-owner/ shareholder of TradersOnly. 11

12 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS When will I receive my tokens? Tokens are awarded when you open your account and when other investors clone your trades. Token withdrawals start in January 2018 and will be available to investors with a minimum of 25 transactions on our platform. What is the value of my tokens? Tokens are trading at the Waves DEX, a decentralised exchange, built into the Waves blockchain. Because we allocated 20% of our revenue to buying back tokens, the value of all outstanding tokens is derived from this income stream. The price of one token at Waves DEX are a result of demand and supply. We cannot be held responsible for losses associated with the buying or selling of Imprea tokens. Transactions in Imprea tokens are executed on a decentralized exchange outside our control. Trading of Imprea tokes is the responsibility of the token holder. Is there a limited supply of tokens? Yes, there is. Only tokens will be created and this supply of tokens will be gradually reduced once token buy-backs are starting. What happens to tokens that are bought back? Every month we will allocate 20% of our revenue to buying back tokens at the open market. These tokens will be taking out of circulation and will never hit the market again. These buy-backs will effectively reduce the tokens in circulation. How do I store my tokens? You are responsible for your tokens once you withdraw them from your account. You can download a wallet at to store your Imprea tokens. You can also use this wallet to trade in tokens using the Waves DEX platform. 12

13 How do I buy or sell tokens? You can use your Waves wallet to trade tokens. You can buy or sell tokens for euro s, dollars, bitcoin, waves and ethereum. How is your revenue calculated? We re using Interactive Brokers for executing trades of our users. Part of the commission users are paying for their trades, are paid to Interactive Brokers and are not calculated as revenue. The fees Interactive Brokers is charging are based on volume and can fluctuate. How will I be informed about your performance? We will create a dashboard to inform you about our progress. This dashboard will be updated daily with key stats. At a minimum you will learn about the number of users we have, daily trades, daily revenue, cloned trades and our token buy-backs. 13
