13 REVENUE MODEL SUMMARY All trading platform fees are charged in the base currency of the underlying operation, and can either be left as-is for us to accumulate a stockpile of various crypto-assets; or be converted to our own PVC token as an additional velocity-lever: (similar to Binance model with BNB token) Default per operation revenue of 0.1% on all exchange operations - All crypto-asset to crypto-asset trades - All arbitrage trades All OTC conversion platform fees are charged in the base currency and are advised to remain, so that we can aim to provide our own liquidity over time and negate the 0.75% fee while mitigating risk against hyperinflation of fiat: Default per conversion revenue of 2% on all OTC fiat/crypto exchanges - Not including fiat to PVC conversion, this will be 0% as an incentive + velocity lever

22 ORDER ENGINE THAT UNDERPINS PRYVATE EXCHANGE The exchange has been developed and is now undergoing configuration with an underlying trade/order engine. We are utilizing a perfect open source option, Liquibook: We suspect exchanges as large as Coinbase are using Liquibook, modifying and updating the code to their needs, which is exactly what we are doing. This is all written in C++, which can handle up to 2.5 million trades in one second. It is the lowest-computing level language available for an order engine. Without a trade engine, there is no exchange. This is the part that most exchanges fail at, which is why almost all competitors will not succeed long term they have no real trade engine. Everything is written inadequately in PHP, and they would not be able to handle more than probably 2 real trades. (If that s even working for them at all) Their orders don t update any kind of real market value for their exchange, and they certainly aren t supplied with the algorithms necessary to fulfill orders. Here s a good example of why the engine has to have as low-computing power as possible: Sally makes a sell order, 2 BTC for $5,000 each Randy makes a sell order, 1 BTC for $4,999 Jack makes a buy order, 2 BTC for $9,996 Barbara makes a sell order, 1 BTC for $4,998 Rick makes a sell order, 1 BTC for $4,997 So Jack makes the first buy order. He wants 2 BTC and is willing to pay $9,996 or $4,998/BTC total. Sally and Randy were both offering to sell at higher than that, so the trade engine will not fulfill these orders respectively.

Because no other buy orders were open waiting for a value like this, 1 BTC of Jack s 2 BTC order is fulfilled immediately. But Jack still has 1 BTC left of his order. Rick offers to sell 1 BTC for $4,997. Again, because no other buy orders are currently open waiting for a value like this but Jack s, and Rick s offer is lower than the maximum amount Jack will pay, it fulfills the rest of Jack s order. Keep in mind how much the outcome would change simply by prepending one specific order: Terry makes a buy order, 1 BTC for $4,997 So in total we would then have: Terry makes a buy order, 1 BTC for $4,997 Sally makes a sell order, 2 BTC for $5,000 each Randy makes a sell order, 1 BTC for $4,999 Jack makes a buy order, 2 BTC for $9,996 Barbara makes a sell order, 1 BTC for $4,998 Rick makes a sell order, 1 BTC for $4,997 Now, after Jack s 1 BTC has been fulfilled by Barbara s order, and he still has 1 BTC left to buy in his order, it won t be fulfilled by Rick s offer like before, because Terry s order has been in the system for longer. The most recent value 1 BTC is sold at, at any given time, is the value of that asset on your exchange. The last set of orders would result in a BTC value of $4,997 on our exchange, because Rick s order was the very last order that was fulfilled at $4,997/BTC. One should appreciate the complexity here, especially with the different variants of orders. (Market, Limit, Stop, Cancel Request, Depth Aggregation, etc.)

24 THREATS & SOLUTIONS The primary security threats to cryptocurrency exchanges & wallets involve either user behavior or the security features of each individual wallet. Network Traffic Threats Network traffic is frequently targeted by man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks and HTTPS certificate hijacking. Solutions: RSA4,096 + ZRTP SAS/DH Key + AES 256 for Real time content Chat & VoIP with MITM protection Password and Account Hacks Many people utilize the same name and password to register with multiple websites. If hackers are able to figure out your login information on any one of these websites, they can use the information to access your account on a cryptocurrency exchange; after which they can easily steal digital assets. 25 THREATS & SOLUTIONS (cont) Internet Browser Threats Hackers can exploit security loopholes within browsers, as well as browser plugins to access users' account information. Solution: The Pryvate browser is solely intended for user navigation, no transaction or other operations The Dangers Of Entrusting Private Keys To Digital-Asset Exchanges Many people allow their private keys to be stored on the servers of different service providers, and all centralized exchanges store users' private keys in this way. Users managing their digital-assets on such platforms are forced to perform the following actions: 1) Register on the service provider's website 2) Log onto the service provider's website using their account information 3) Perform actions within the website Just by completing these few actions, users have exposed themselves to at least four potential security threats. Every year numerous exchanges are successfully hacked leading to enormous loss of assets. Because cryptocurrency assets are anonymous and can't be traced, once digital assets are lost or stolen, they can never be recovered. Solution: AFAIK.. we are offering Thick-client/apps only, so private keys never touch any servers
