Page Tender Clause Query abstract 1 - General Please provide the list of probable beneficiaries / End users Payment terms for CAPEX model: Kindly review the payment terms. We request to consider providing 90% payment for successful completion of all supplies (Modules, Inverters, cables etc), 5% upon completion of installation of the Roof Top Solar Power System and balance 5% for completion of maintenance. The supply, installation and maintenance payments shall be made within 20 days from submission of Invoices and completion of work Product take back and recycling: Please waive the requirement of submitting an Undertaking for Product take after expiry of their life by Contractor Inspection: Inspection charges shall be borne by Beneficiary / End user. The responsibility of Inspection of Grid Tied Solar Roof Top Power Plants by TEDA / Government Department shall be with Beneficiary / End user Price Bid: Implication of Goods and Sales Tax shall be provided in the Tender We are solar system integrator last one and half year and we did not register in TEDA and MNRE. Shall we eligible under open category? How we will approach to apply in Open category? Yes 20% of the total RESCO capacity or the bidder s quoted capacity whichever is lower will be allocated to the L1 bidder Is there any possibility of allocation of complete 28 MW to L1 bidder under the RESCO category? (p) Confirm whether bidders other than L1, would enter into contract (PPA) with TEDA? At the bidding stage, the bidder

4 shall be able to submit undertaking stating it would use technology that conforms to the standards listed by TEDA. It should not be obligatory to present test certificates/ reports at the bidding stage F-1.4 Technical Bid Request you to please confirm this Technical Bid format is to be filled only by bidders applying under the CAPEX Category Does the subsidy will be paid to the successful bidder or the end consumers 33 In RESCO model TEDA will be signing PPA with bidder or the organization would be signing PPA with successful bidder 34 Is TEDA will issue payment for residential installations Is it on a case to case basis, Security Deposit has to be provided for the award of contract from TEDA/ Govt Agency or is there a particular value for which one time Security Deposit has to be provided. 36 How is the CFA calculated for installations done on Government Buildings? How will the installer know whether Govt targets are been achieved or not and under what slab will the eligibility be there for CFA? 37 How is Security Deposit submitted for vendors who does not quote in Tender but are still eligible if they accept the L1 price For both CAPEX and RESCO models separately. As per invoice submitted by the successful bidder. Contract Agreement has to be signed between successful bidder and end user, TEDA will release only subsidy as per eligibility. Case to case basis.
