2 Minimum qualifying requirement of bidders. SOUTHCO UTILITY/RECLAIMATION OF BURNT TRANSFORMER OIL/05/ Date: RECLAIMATION OF BURNT TRANSFORMER OIL AND SUPPLY OF RECLAIMED OIL IN NEW BARRELS Technical requirement Sl. No. Description To be filled by the bidder. 1 a) Bidder should be the owner of the Re processing units/manufacturer for the tendered materials. The bidder must submit DIC/NSIC registration certificate or Factory License as a proof of manufacturer. 2 The bidder has to quote for 100% of tender quantity.the bidder should have reclaimed & supplied minimum 50% of the quoted quantity during any one of the financial year out of the immediate past three financial years( , & ). Bidders shall submit self attested copies of P.O. s along with Tax Invoices executed successfully for the relevant years and abstract thereof to prove the quantity as supplied. 3 The bid shall be accompanied by user s certificate (preferably issued within immediate last 5 years) from any Distribution Utility/ Reputed Private Organization/ State Govt. / Central Govt. or their undertaking(s) in support of inspection, verification & satisfactory performance of their above materials supplied earlier to them. 4 The bidders who have earlier failed to execute the Purchase Order(s) of Southco Utility within scheduled delivery period and or blacklisted by the SOUTHCO UTILITY/any of the distribution Utility shall not be eligible to participate in this tender. 5 Southco Utility reserves the right to waive minor commercial/technical deviations, if they do not materially effect the performance of the material or the capacity of the bidder to perform the contract. Financial Requirement Sl. Outright rejection criteria The Tender shall not be submitted telegraphically or by FAX. Whether submitted the EMD on or before the date and time of opening of technical bid. The Tenderer should quote FIRM price only and the price should be kept valid for a minimum period of 2 yrs from the date of opening of the tender. Whether the tender have been submitted in two parts as specified. The Tenders shall be accompanied by a list of major supplies effected during last three FY i.e during FY to FY ( The bidder should enclose self attested copies of Purchase Orders (all pages). Whether performance Certificate of material supplied earlier submitted. The schedule of prices should be filled up fully to indicate the break up of the prices including GST. Incomplete submission of this schedule will make the tender liable for rejection. Guaranteed Technical particulars & Abstract of terms and Conditions should be filled in completely.
