10 Scheme 17 (GO) Schemes 21 (SPP), 22 (PAVOC), 23 (PMIL), 38 (PESOC) Used the results of the pilot survey on GO, for some benefits; for the others administrative data source was used. According to the ESSPROS methodology, the number of pension beneficiaries who receive disability pension, but who are over the standard retirement age have to be included under old age function. Data by age groups is not available. This is the reason for which some estimates had to be performed while calculating the number of pension beneficiaries who receive disability pension, but who are over the standard retirement age. The following estimation method was used: - extracting from Household Budget Survey data on number of pension beneficiaries by types of pensions and by age groups - computing, from the above mentioned selection, the number of disability pensioners over the standard retirement age out of the total number of disability pensioners; - applying the proportion mentioned-above to the number of disability pensioners collected from administrative data source; - making the transfer of the value obtained from disability function to old age function; - splitting between benefits (categories of pension) according to the number of beneficiaries by aged groups. 7. If a scheme is completely estimated, please specify the methodology in the second column. If only some expenditures, receipts or benefits of one scheme are estimated, please specify the methodology in the third or fourth column. 8. E.g. breakdown of one benefit into means-tested and non-means-tested benefit or breakdown of cash benefit specific to one function into several detailed benefits.
