This percentile is assumed to be the same for all employees. These information is used as a key to divide COFOG 1012 into the different items. The second step is to divide the expenditure concerning abusers into abusers who are young people and adults all according to data from the Swedish National Financial Management Authority. For scheme 11 and 17 the total is part of local government consumption expenditure for the COFOG function The annual report for the municipalities has information about the expenditure concerning adult abusers and refuges. These information is used as a key to divide COFOG 1071 into the different items. The breakdown between "Home help" and "Other benefits in kind" is estimated. For scheme 11 and 17 the total is part of local government consumption expenditure for the COFOG function For dividing the cofog funktion 1043 into home help and other benefit in kind data from the annual reports concerning the municipalities has been used. 7.
