10 Commission Plan Units Earn Up To 33% Commission with prizes and 35% without! Base commission is 30% 1% Bonus when Unit Kernel or Unit Leader (CM, SM, CC) attends the June 30th or the August 1st Sales Training, attends the August 22nd Kick-Off and submits their Popcorn Action Plan at September 10th Roundtable or s it to by September 10th. 2% Bonus commission for Units who meet the National Sales Average of $260 per registered Scout (as of September 1st registration numbers) Units attending the Kick-Off on August 22nd will receive a Popcorn Sales Kit that will include popcorn to be used at their Kick-Off to help build excitement.
