4 Meet the Professionals Amani Y. Harris Second Vice President Financial Advisor Amani is a Second Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. For close to 15 years, clients have appreciated his continuous quest to provide them financial solutions in a complex market. Amani began his career in the financial services industry in 2002 after earning his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Seattle Pacific University. Prior to this, Amani served in the Army for 10 years after graduating from Cameron University and the ROTC Leadership Program. These years of selfless service provide the focus on discipline, contingency planning, risk management, and process structure he practices today. Amani actively supports local charities and is a board member to several organizations that focus on inspiring youth in education. Barbara W. Banon Associate Vice President Financial Advisor Barbara is an Associate Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, she is a seasoned professional that brings years of experience and knowledge in managing assets, providing guidance that helps clients preserve and grow wealth. She believes in giving back to the community and has served on several charitable boards. She is currently involved with Invest in Youth as an afterschool tutor, and a Board member of the Washington Rhinestone Club, an organization that provides mentoring, cultural experiences and college scholarships for young women. An active member of the First A.M.E. Church in Seattle, she serves as a Stewardess and on the Aids Care Team Ministry. Barbara also loves traveling with her daughter and attending cultural events. Philip J. Lee Financial Advisor Phil is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He greatly values the opportunity to serve his clients and enjoys helping them achieve their wealth planning strategies. As a West Point graduate and combat veteran, he knows the importance of having a well-developed plan in order to lead his team to success. In the Army, Phil attained the rank of Captain and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service in Afghanistan. In 2014 he began working at the University of Washington as a Construction Project Manager and directed a variety of projects from research labs to Husky Stadium renovations. A former collegiate athlete and Eagle Scout, Phil enjoys playing sports and staying fit. In his spare time, he likes to travel and try out cooking tips from his Chef brother. 5 Erin L. Nold Client Service Associate Erin is a Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley. Born and raised in Seattle, Erin is a native of the Pacific Northwest and has over 10 years in the financial services industry where she is known for providing excellent client service. Erin is the team s primary client support liaison, handling administrative duties ranging from new accounts, funds disbursement (checks, wires, etc.), account transfers in from outside brokerages, and assisting with other key client needs. Her attention to detail, organization, and diligence in taking care of clients is exceptional. She also enjoys spending time with her family/friends, hiking, and being involved with causes that improve the lives of others in the community. One cause she personally enjoys leading every year is the Toys for Tots Holiday Drive.

8 Developing Your Wealth Management Strategy Individuals work hard to build wealth in pursuit of a meaningful life for themselves and their family.
