5 Meet the Professionals Len Schneiderman Senior Vice President Portfolio Manager Investment Management Consultant Financial Planning Specialist Financial Advisor With more than 30 years in financial services, Len Schneiderman walks each client through their own financial picture determining their personal goals and helps customize a path to attain their objectives. As a portfolio manager and partner of The Schneiderman Group at Morgan Stanley, he seeks ways to alleviate his clients concerns by guiding their accounts on a discretionary basis. Building and fostering relationships with his high net worth clients and families are at the core of his practice. Whether a client is considering a fastmoving business venture, or assessing income needs for their retirement plans, he tailors solutions to each client s particular timeline. Len is a devoted athlete, enjoying skiing, golf, scubadiving and hiking, while also running daily with the couple s three Border Collies. As partner of The Schneiderman Group at Morgan Stanley, Jean encourages clients to reach out whenever they need. No matter is too small, from a child s tuition bill, to a proposal for a new philanthropic endeavor. She is always at their side. With more than 26 years in financial services, Jean aims to uncover what makes each client s journey unique, and the individual path to follow. Through discretionary management, Jean is able to effectively adjust portfolios and guide assets to benefit her clients. An avid runner, Jean loves to be outside hiking and skiing on weekends, when not creating awareness for the Christopher Reeve Foundation in her spare time. She is rarely without a book in her hand, reading novels to titles that explore the financial markets. Olsen, CRPS, CRPC Consulting Group Analyst Derek Schneiderman s primary responsibilities for The Schneiderman Group involve conducting research and analysis of investment models in the Portfolio Management platform as well as analyzing client portfolios. Derek holds his Series 7 and 66 certifications. Derek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Today, Derek is committed to supporting the Christopher Reeves Foundation by participating in various fundraising events. Dedicated to health and fitness, Derek has been a motivational speaker on both topics. derek.schneiderman@morganstanley.com Vickie Bartholomew is a Wealth Management Associate with The Schneiderman Group. She assists financial advisors in all phases of financial services while promoting client satisfaction by responding in a timely manner to their clients requests. Vickie outlines potential client strategies based on product and policy updates/enhancements, creates service plans for the team, independently improves and streamlines the service models and helps cultivate client relationships. Working in the financial industry since 1989, Vickie has experience in all aspects of the business. Vickie holds Series 7, 8 and 66 certifications, and is Life, Health and Annuity licensed. Born and raised in Colorado, she moved to South Florida in 1993, where she met her husband Dennis. They have one child, Sean.
