2 MINUTES RES#264/ (Dyck/Hetterly) SASKATOON CORRECTIONAL CENTRE AGREEMENT That we authorize the Mayor, City Manager and EMO Coordinator to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Saskatoon Correctional Centre in the event of an emergency. UNANIMOUSLY RES#272/ (Hetterly/Dyck) BYLAW NO (THIRD AND FINAL READING) That Bylaw , being a Bylaw to further extend the time required for the completion of the 2009 Financial Statements, be read for a third and final time. DISCUSSION ITEMS: Councillors discussed the request for alternate arrangements to pay for Baycroft Drive local improvement costs from a property owner on Hiebert Crescent. Council agreed to leave the prepayment deadline of November 15 th, Mayor Rutten and the City Manager updated Council on their meeting in Regina as part of the City Mayors Caucus.
