4 SUBJECT: 2003 Ford F-150 Pick Up Truck DEPT/DEPT REQUEST: Glades County Public Safety BACKGROUND/DETAIL OF REPORT: Glades County Sheriffs Office donated a 2003 Ford F-150 Pick Up Truck to the Glades County Fire Department to replace the Durango that given to the Fire Wise Program. BUDGET IMPACT: Yes / No -IfYes, how much? From where? eyes - Associated tag cost which will be paid out of the Fire Department budget COORDINATION WITH: County Manager ON MOTION of Commissioner Beck seconded by Vice Chairman Pryor the Board approved acceptance ofa 2003 Ford F-150 Pick Up Truck that was donated by the Glades County Sheriffs Offce and added it to the Glades County Public Safety Fire Division inventory. 5 SUBJECT: Award Bids for SHIP DemolRebuild and Unencurnber Funds DEPT/DEPT REQUEST: SHIP Administrator BACKGROUND/DETAIL OF REPORT: The SHIP Department is requesting approval to award the following bids: Applicant #2015-DEMO-1 Sparrow - Extremely Low Income, Household of 1, Approved for Demo and Replacement Housing, up to $70,000 on 01/13/2015 Award Bid to low bidder Clyde Johnson Construction $79, (To be contingent upon bank financing for the remaining balance andlor contractor negotiations) Applicant #2015-DEM0-3 Brown - Very Low Income, Household of 2, Approved for Demo and Replacement Housing, up to $100,000 on 01/13/2015 Award Bid to low bidder Clyde Johnson Construction $99, Unencumber funds due to cancellation at homeowner's request: Applicant #2015-DEMO-2 Ross - Moderate Income, Household of 2, Approved for Demo and Replacement Housing, up to $60,000 on 01/13/2015 BUDGET IMPACT: Yes / No - If Yes, how much? 6 SUBJECT: Recreational Development and Management Plan DEPT/DEPT REQUEST: County Manager BACKGROUND/DETAIL OF REPORT: The lease with USAC for Alvin Ward Park expired on January 31,2012. In order to renew the lease the county must adopt a management plan. The plan has to provide guidance for the effective development and management of the public recreation facilities. Once the management plan is approved and accepted by USAC, the new lease will be brought back to the BoCC for their consideration. BUDGET IMPACT: Yes / No -If Yes, how much? From where? COORDI NATION WITH: County Manager and the US Army Corps of Engineers ON MOTION of Vice Chairman Pryor seconded by Commissioner Beck the Board approved the Management Plan for the Alvin Ward Park.
