Curse Materials and Learner Supprt: All curse materials are supplied at cmmencement f training. Once payment has been received, yu may cllect the curse Manual fr pre-reading if desired. Participants with special needs, language r literacy difficulty shuld infrm staff at the time f enrlment t discuss their requirements. KG Training and Assessing can ffer additinal supprt t students wh experience learning difficulties. Assistance culd include prviding students with training and assessment materials n clured paper, scheduling additinal break times and having assessments cnducted rally. These ptins shuld be discussed with KGTA administratin at time f bking and prir t curse cmmencement t allw fr arrangements t be made. Participants experiencing difficulty during the curse shuld seek assistance frm their trainer. Tea and Lunch Breaks: Tea and cffee is prvided fr mrning and afternn tea breaks. There is a 30 minute lunch break. Kitchen facilities, including fridge and micrwave are prvided fr yur cnvenience. Cl drinks and snacks are available frm a vending machine. A lunch bar is lcated directly acrss the rad if yu wish t purchase lunch. Please be aware that the lunch bar is nt pen n Saturdays. Maximum Up Frnt Fees: As per the Standards fr Registered Training Organisatins (RTOs) 2015, Clause 7.3, at n pint prir t, r during the individual s training will payment/s ttalling $1500 be accepted fr services yet t be delivered. Any remaining fees are payable at the cmpletin f a curse, prir t the issue f the AQF certificatin dcumentatin (Statement f Attainment).

2 Curse Attendance, Transfers r Cancellatins: A full refund will be given where a minimum f 5 business days ntice is given prir t the curse cmmencement date, t transfer r cancel the bking. Less than 5 business days ntice fr cancellatin r transfer will cause all fees paid t be nn-refundable. A substitute participant is permitted at n extra charge prvided that KG Training and Assessing staff receive ntice befre cmmencement f the curse. If yu are late fr yur curse fr any reasn and the trainer des nt allw yu t participate, it will be regarded as a cancellatin/n shw and n refund will be given. If yu are unable t attend due t illness r injury, a medical certificate will be required t transfer yur bking at n cst. Inability t attend the curse fr any ther reasn will be judged n a case by case basis, prf f circumstances will be required. KGTA reserves the right t cancel r transfer curse dates due t unfreseen circumstances the day prir t curse cmmencement. Candidates scheduled t attend these curses will be ntified by phne/sms r advising f the changes. In these instances a full refund f fees paid will be ffered r alternative arrangements will be made. NOTE: N cancellatin refund applies t discunted curses. When a transfer is permitted and curse fees increase befre the transfer date, the difference in curse prices will be payable n curse cmmencement. Re-assessment: If the assessment criteria requirements have nt been achieved, participants will have the pprtunity t be re-assessed nce at n additinal cst. Re-assessments must be cmpleted within 60 days f the riginal curse date. If there is an increase in price befre the re-assessment has ccurred, the difference in curse prices will be payable befre reassessment can ccur. Certificates: On successful cmpletin yu will be issued with a Statement f Attainment and wallet card, if yu require a reprint f yur Statement f Attainment r wallet card, an administratin fee f $25.00 will apply. The Statement f Attainment and wallet card will nt be issued until full payment f fees and primary ID has been received. In the case f enrlment in a cmbined curse, individual Statement f Attainments will nt be issued until full payment f the cmbined curse fees has been received. Pre-curse Registratin: Yu will have been prvided with a Curse Registratin Frm, this may be prvided t us at registratin r via t admin@kgtraining.cm.au. Yu may als submit a cpy f yur ID the same way. If yu d pre-register this way, please ensure that yu still sign in at receptin n the day f yur curse.
