4 SOLICITATION OVERVIEW Solicitation Purpose The city of Houston (city), Houston Airport System (HAS) is looking for a single construction contractor for the repair of airfield pavements (including full depth concrete panel replacements, spall repairs, and joint sealant replacement throughout the airfield, saw kerf reconstruction on Runway 15L, and reconstruction of HMA shoulders on Taxiway SF) at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
