The Bank reserves the final right to make a decision on the final approval result and loan details (including but not limited to loan amount, repayment tenor and interest rate) and to terminate or to amend the Service at anytime without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final. 3. New job starter applicants must be aged from 18 to 30 and must be currently employed with employment period within 6 months. The maximum loan amount is HK$50, Customers who have successfully applied for and drawdown an Express Money Personal Loan will be granted an approved credit limit. They can apply for a loan re-borrowing with loan amount within credit limit previously approved by the Bank after completion of 3 months or more of loan repayment. The Bank reserves the final right on acceptance of loan re-borrowing application and has the sole discretion to decide the final approval result and loan details (including but not limited to loan amount, repayment tenor and interest rate). 2 7. The Bank reserves the right to terminate or amend the above offers or to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final. 8. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. Terms & Conditions for the Promotion: i. The promotion period is valid from now until 31 December 2018 (the "Promotion Period"). ii. iii. iv. Customers who successfully apply for an Express Money during the Promotion Period and with loan drawdown on or before 31 January 2019, under the terms and conditions herein, are entitled to as low as 1.98% annualized percentage rate ("APR"), up to HK$2,500 Cash Rebate, Dah Sing Customer Cash Reward and Online Application Offer. An APR is a reference rate which includes the basic interest rate and other fees and charges of a product expressed as an annualized rate. 3 To enjoy the Cash Rebate, Customers should activate their Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card on or before 28 February 2019 (applicable to Customers who apply for a Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card during the Promotion Period) and Customers' Express Money Loan account, its repayment account and Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card account must be valid and with good repayment records from the loan disbursement date to the date when Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the Bank ) posts the Cash Rebate ( Eligible Customers ). The Cash Rebate will be credited into the Eligible Customers Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card account on or before 31 March 2019 in form of credit card free spending credit and will be shown on the monthly statement of this credit card account. Credit card free spending credit will be used for payment of new transaction items; it is not transferable, refundable or cannot be exchanged for cash. v. The Cash Reward is only applicable to customers who use the Bank s account for loan repayment and disbursement (not applicable to FlexiMoney Overdraft facility accounts/ jointname accounts) ("Dah Sing Customer Cash Reward"). Customers who successfully apply for Express Money during the Promotion Period and drawdown on or before 31 January 2019 through the Bank's website or Dah Sing Bank Mobile Application ( Online Eligible Customer ) are entitled to cash reward ( Online Application Offer ). First 100 Online Eligible Customers of each month are entitled to extra cash reward ( Extra Online Application Offer ). Online Eligible Customers are entitled to extra cash reward according to the loan amount of Express Money, details as below: Extra Cash Reward,000 HK$499,999 HK$500,000 or above HK$300 Each Online Eligible Customer is entitled to Online Application Offer and Extra Online Application Offer once only for the application of Express Money. If the Express Money for Online Eligible Customer is not approved, other personal loan products may be offered by the Bank, but Online Application Offer and Extra Online Application Offer will not be offered under such circumstances. Cash coupons will be mailed to the relevant customers' correspondence address on or before 28 February To enjoy the Dah Sing Customer Cash Reward and/ or Online Application Offer and/ or Extra Online Application Offer, customers' Express Money and its repayment accounts must be valid and with good repayment records on delivery date of coupons. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to Dah Sing Customer Cash Reward, Online Application Offer and Extra Online Application Offer for once only. Other cash reward ( Extra Offer ) will be issued in form of cash coupons (if applicable). Cash coupons or its redemption letter will be mailed to the relevant customers' correspondence address within 3 months after drawdown date. To enjoy the Extra Offer, customers' Express Money and its repayment accounts must be valid and with good repayment records on delivery date of coupons or its redemption letter.

Customers who make an early settlement during the repayment period will be subject to an Early Settlement Handling Fee, entire outstanding principal of the Loan, accrued interest for the month, refund of the full Cash Rebate amount and total face value of all cash rewards (including Dah Sing Customer Cash Reward, Online Application Offer, Extra Online Application Offer and Extra Offer) ( Cash Reward ) (if applicable) without prior notice. The Bank is not the supplier of the cash coupons, and is not liable for any products or services provided by the respective suppliers. Should there be any enquires or complaints regarding the quality of the products or services, customers should contact the respective suppliers directly. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gift as replacement of cash coupons if the relevant coupon(s) is not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice. Monthly repayment amounts listed in the interest rate table are calculated with 12-month and 36-month loan tenors for a HK$10,000 loan amount, and are rounded to the nearest integer. The monthly repayment amounts may vary for individual customers. The monthly repayment amount will be debited from the repayment account on the due date of each month.
