1 Terms and Conditions of Foreign Currency Note Order: 1. Currencies available for reservation includes USD, AUD, NZD, CAD, JPY, EUR, GBP, CHF, SGD, THB, ZAR, NOK, SEK and DKK. 2. The minimum and maximum amount of designated currencies of each foreign currency note order are HK$5,000 and HK$200,000 respectively. Customers please specify the branch of the Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("the Bank") for collection upon making foreign currency note order. 3. The reserved foreign currency notes will be available at customers selected branch after 2 working days (excluding Saturday) upon successful application. 4. The Bank will cancel the application if the reserved foreign currency notes is not collected by customer within 7 working days (excluding Saturday) upon successful application. Customers have to contact the Bank again to make reservations of foreign currency notes. Terms and Conditions of Promotion of Waiver of Commission in Lieu: 1. The promotional period is from 2 October 2018 to 31 December 2018, both days inclusive ("Promotion Period"). 2. This promotion is only valid for VIP Banking customers of the Bank ("Eligible Customers") who deposit or withdraw designated foreign currency notes through the multi-currency saving accounts. 3. If the amount of designated foreign currency notes the Eligible Customers deposit or withdraw through the multi-currency saving accounts does not exceed the designated quota as specified in below table, the commission in lieu will be waived. Designated currencies include USD, AUD, NZD, CAD, JPY, EUR and GBP. The daily quota of the foreign currency that can be transacted in each foreign currency savings account which commission in lieu will be waived is as follows: Quota of designated foreign currency note USD 5,000 AUD 5,000 NZD 5,000 CAD 5,000 JPY 500,000 GBP 3,000 EUR 3, Commission in lieu will be imposed by the Bank on the amount exceeding the specified daily quota for designated foreign currency deposited or withdrawn at each foreign currency savings account as specified in above clause 3 or the amount of non-designated foreign currency notes deposited and withdrawal at foreign currency savings account. 3 Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions HKD8,000 Travel Coupon: 1. The promotion period is from 13 August 2018 to 30 November 2018, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). 2. FX Order Watch Service Lucky Draw ("the Promotion") is only applicable to individual customers with bank accounts maintained with Dah Sing Bank Limited ("the Bank"), including single name and jointname account holders ("Eligible Customer"). If the Eligible Customer is a joint-name account holder, only the primary account holder is entitled to the Promotion. Primary account holder refers to the "applicant" mentioned in new account(s) / service(s) application form of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") signed by the customer. 3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customer will be entitled to 1 lucky draw entry for each successfully executed foreign exchange transaction (including the conversion of HKD into foreign currencies, the conversion of foreign currencies into HKD and the conversion between foreign currencies) through the FX Order Watch Service via the Bank's e-banking or Mobile Banking. Each Eligible Customer can be entitled to more than 1 lucky draw entry, with no upper limit. 4. After the end of the Promotion Period, a Lucky Draw will be conducted by the Bank to draw 1 winner ("Winner"). The Winner will get HKD8,000 Travel Coupon. 5. The Bank will contact the Winner on or before 31 December 2018 via his/her local correspondence contact number registered with the Bank to notify the Winner. The winner has to collect the Travel Coupon at the Bank s designated branch. 6. The Travel Coupon can only be used for purchase of travel products of "Hong Thai Travel Services Ltd". They are not for sale or resale and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, other products, services or discounts offers. 7. The use of the Travel Coupon is subject to the related terms and conditions as set out by the supplier(s) or printed on the Travel Coupon. The Bank is not the supplier of the Travel Coupon, and will not be held liable for the quality of the relevant goods and services provided by the merchants. If customer has any enquiry, dispute or complaint in respect of the relevant goods or services, customer should contact the relevant merchants directly. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gifts/coupon as replacement if the relevant Travel Coupon is not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice. Quoted prices or types of those gifts/coupon may not be the same as the Travel Coupon provided in this promotion. 8. The Promotion is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its affiliates. 9. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend and/or terminate all offers and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 4 Terms and Conditions of 50% premium discount of JourneySure Travel Insurance Plan: 1. The promotion period is from 13 August 2018 to 30 November 2018, both dates inclusive ('Promotion Period'). 2. The 50% premium discount of 'JourneySure' Travel Insurance Plan ('the Offer') is only applicable to individual customers with bank accounts maintained with Dah Sing Bank Limited ("the Bank"), including single name and joint-name account holders ('Eligible Customer'). If the Eligible Customer is a joint-name account holder, only the primary account holder is entitled to the Promotion. Primary account holder refers to the 'applicant' mentioned in new account(s) / service(s) application form of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") signed by the customer. 3. To enjoy the 50% premium discount, Eligible Customers have to apply the 'JourneySure' Travel Insurance Plan through the website of Dah Sing Insurance Company (1976) Limited ('Dah Sing Insurance') with the promotional code stated on the redemption letter on or before 31 March Eligible Customers can enjoy multiple times of the 50% premium discount of the 'JourneySure' Travel Insurance Plan on or before 31 March Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions of the same product, including 50% premium off birthday offer with Dah Sing Credit Card, staff discount or Dah Sing Credit Card year round extra Cash Rebate etc. 7. 'JourneySure' Travel Insurance Plan is underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance. The Bank is the authorized insurance agency of Dah Sing Insurance. 8. Dah Sing Insurance reserves the right of the final approval of the insurance enrolment. For the policy coverage, detailed terms and conditions and policy exclusions of the 'JourneySure' Travel Insurance Plan, please refer to the relevant policy. 9. The Promotion is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its affiliates. 10.
