1 Terms and Conditions of BOC Credit Card Redemption by HK$1 : 1. The spending period of BOC Credit Card Redemption by HK$1 ( this Promotion ) runs from 1 May to 30 June 2015 (both dates inclusive) (the Spending Period ). The registration period runs from 10:00 hours on 1 May to 23:59 hours on 30 June 2015 (the Spending Registration Period ). The gift selection period runs from 07:00 hours on 13 July to 23:59 hours on 19 July 2015 (the Gift Selection Period ).The registration system for Spending Registration Period and Gift Selection Period will be closed and unavailable from 00:00 hours onwards on 1 July and 20 July 2015 respectively. 2. Redemption period is from 3 August to 16 August 2015 (both dates inclusive) (the Redemption Period, both dates inclusive). 3. This Promotion is only applicable to BOC Credit Card and BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card issued in Hong Kong bearing the logo (including Co-branded Card, but BOC Credit Card issued in Mainland China and Macau, Great Wall International Credit Card, USD Card, BOC Purchasing Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Card, Private Label Card and Intown Card are all excluded.) (the Applicable Card ). 4. To participate in this Promotion, Cardholders are required to make successfully registration through the official account of BOC Credit Card on WeChat (WeChat ID: BOCHK_CC), Mobile Application or the 24-hour hotline once during the Spending Registration Period ( Registration ). No e-stamp(s) and gift selection eligibility will be awarded to Cardholders who have not made successful registration within the Spending Registration Period. A registration reference number will be announced instantly on the registration system upon successful registration. Cardholders can enquire the number of e-stamp(s) entitled via the registration system. The information is for reference only. BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the Company ) will base on the mobile phone numbers in the Company record to notify customers the total number of e-stamp(s) entitled by SMS after the Spending Period. 5. During the Spending Period, upon completion of every 3 local retail purchases of or over HK$600 with an Applicable Card with successful registration during the Spending Registration Period (each in a single transaction) (the Eligible Transaction ), an e-stamp will be entitled. Within the Gift Selection Period, Cardholders are required to select gift with designated amount of e-stamp(s) through the official account of BOC Credit Card on WeChat, Mobile Application or the 24-hour hotline. Customer who has made eligible transaction is guaranteed to redeem the gift by the eligible number of e-stamp(s). Selected gifts are subject to availability. If selected gift is out of stock, customer has to select other gift that is still available. No gift will be awarded to cardholders who have not selected gift within the Gift Selection Period. A reference number will be announced instantly by the system upon successful gift selection. The actual number of e-stamp(s) entitled and selected gift(s) will be depending on the relevant transactions records held by the Company. Gift redemption letter will be issued on or before 31 July 2015 to main Cardholders corresponding address in the Company record. Main Cardholders can redeem the gift by presenting the gift redemption letter and make HK$1 transaction with an Applicable Card at the designated merchant(s) during Redemption Period. Each main Cardholder (based on HKID) will be entitled to a maximum of 10 e-stamps throughout the Spending Period.

To be eligible for this Promotion, the eligible transactions must be posted to the Applicable Card account on or before 5 July 2015 with successful registration on Applicable Card account (as defined in Clause (4)). The posting date of relevant transactions records held by the Company shall be considered as final and conclusive. 7. The main card account or the additional card account will all be deemed to have originated from one and the same main credit card account. Eligible transactions emanating from an additional card will be combined with those from the main card to calculate towards the gift award. The privilege of gift redemption can only be enjoyed by a main cardholder who visit the designated merchant(s) during Redemption Period. Gift redemption by an additional card or a third party authorized by main or additional cardholders will not be accepted. 8. For cardholders with more than one Applicable Card account, they only have to register once with any one of the Applicable Card during the Spending Registration Period. If a cardholder registers more than once with any one of the Applicable Cards, the main cardholder (based on HKID) can only be entitled to a maximum of 10 e-stamps. No e-stamps and gifts will be entitled if the cardholder spends with a credit card other than an Applicable Card. 9. All Eligible Transactions are based on transaction posting date. Only retail purchases transacted in Hong Kong dollar with retail purchase sale slips and within Hong Kong SAR are eligible for this Promotion (except purchase instalment transactions, instant rewards transactions, cash advance, annual fee, finance charges, arrangement fee, balance transfer amount, Cash Before Card amount, gift redemption fee, any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills), online transaction, online bill payment, online bill payment instalment, EPS payment, mail order, phone order, casino transaction, overseas spending, overseas cash advance, Octopus Automatic Add Value, gift delivery charges, speculation transactions, insurance transaction, and all other transaction without sales slip or authorization code). Any split transactions, fraudulent, unauthorized, unposted, cancelled or refunded transaction will not be deemed as eligible transaction. This Promotion applies only to posted transactions with valid supporting documents (for example, retail purchase sale slips). 10. Only cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing will be eligible for the award. In the event of termination of the credit card account, violation of the Card User Agreement or forfeiture of the award during this Promotion or at the time the award is being redeemed, the award will be cancelled automatically forthwith. 11. When a cardholder is unable to settle the HK$1 redemption fee with an applicable BOC Credit Card because of card damage, faulty magnetic strip or chip or for whatever reasons, both the Company and the participating merchant(s) will not accept any other form of payment including payment by card other than an applicable BOC Credit Card. 12. Cardholders can redeem the Carrés Collection 16 pcs. at designated GODIVA Chocolatier outlets in Hong Kong (including Times Square, City Plaza, Sun

3 Hung Kai Centre, Festival Walk, Plaza Hollywood, Telford Plaza, New Town Plaza, PopCorn in Tseung Kwan O and V City). Cardholders can redeem the Premier Cake Coupon at any Saint Honore Cake Shop outlet in Hong Kong (Saint Honore outlets in Macau and Mainland China are all excluded). Cardholders can redeem UA Cinemas Movie Voucher and the small Popcorn Coupon at any UA Cinemas outlet in Hong Kong (Airport and Windsor Cinema outlets are excluded). Cardholders can redeem the selected product at any Watsons outlets in Hong Kong. 13. The use of Saint Honore Cake Shop Premier Cake Coupon, the UA Cinemas Movie Voucher and the small Popcorn Coupon is subject to specific terms and conditions of the respective merchant. The Company does not provide a lost/damaged Coupon / Voucher reporting service nor does it have any responsibility for any lost or defaced Coupon / Voucher. 14. Cardholder must retain all original sales slips for eligible transaction for reference. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to request a cardholder to provide the original transaction sales slip(s) and/or such further documentation or evidence for verification at anytime during or after this Promotion. All sales slips and/or such further documentation submitted to the Company will not be returned. 15. No request for exchange, return or cash refund for any redeemed gift / coupon will be accepted. All gift value and photo are for reference only. 16. In the event of a cardholder redeeming in excess of the successfully redeemed gift(s), the Company will debit the cardholder account with the costs involved and the relevant redemption fee, for each GODIVA Carrés Collection 16 pcs at HK$170/box, Saint Honore Cake Shop Premier Cake Coupon at HK$ 50.4/pc, 2 pieces of UA Cinemas Movie Voucher and small Popcorn Coupon at HK$200/package and Watsons product at HK$95/pc, in September 2015 without prior notice. 17. The Company is not the supplier of the gift/ coupon. Any enquiry or complaint in respect of the gift/ coupon should be directed to the participating merchant(s). The Company gives no guarantee to the gift/ coupon or the services of the participating merchant(s), or does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the use of the gift/ coupon or the services provided by the participating merchant(s). All matters and disputes in relation to the gift/ coupon or the services will be subject to the final decision of the participating merchant(s). 18. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or amend its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. 19. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company. 20. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

4 Terms & Conditions of WeChat Lucky Draw for registering BOC Credit Card HK$1 Redemption Promotion via WeChat : 1. Cardholders who successfully registered the BOC Credit Card HK$1 Redemption Promotion via the BOCHK Credit Card Official Account in WeChat during the Spending Registration Period, will be entitled to 1 lucky draw chance (the lucky draw chance is only applicable to main Cardholder), while the winners will be entitled to redeem a smart phone (Smart Phone: 4.7 inch screen with 64 GB, the Prize ) by HK$1. 2 winners will be drawn in each lucky draw phase by the system randomly (there will be total 8 winners during the whole BOC Credit Card HK$1 Redemption Promotion Spending Registration Period). Each lucky draw phase refers to: Announcement date of winners list via the push Lucky Draw Spending Registration Period message of BOCHK Credit Phase Card Official Account in WeChat 1 1 May 14 May, May, May 28 May, June, May 11 June, June, June 30 June, July, 2015 To entitle for the HK$1 redemption of the Prize, the winners should with at least once retail purchase during the Spending Period with the Eligible Card. 2. If eligible Cardholders who cannot be drawn as the winners in the designated phase, his/her lucky draw chance will be accumulated to next phase automatically till the end of all the lucky draw phases. However, each winner (by HKID) is only eligible to win the Prize once during the entire promotion period. 3. Corresponding winners will be announced via the push message of BOCHK Credit Card Official Account in WeChat as the schedule being stated in the clause (1) of this lucky draw terms and conditions. The Prize Redemption Letter will be sent to the eligible winners corresponding addresses in BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd ( the Company ) record on or before 31 July, Participation and/or award of ineligible winner(s) would be disqualified without prior notice by the Company.

Eligible winners can be entitled to redeem the Prize by presenting the Prize Redemption Letter and spend HK$1 with the Applicable Card at the designated location and within the designated redemption period as being stated in the Prize Redemption Letter. 5. Only Cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing throughout the entire lucky draw phases and at the time the Prize is awarded will be eligible for the reward. In the event of termination of a credit card account, violation of the Card User Agreement, or forfeiture of the Prize during the promotion or at the time the Prize is being awarded, the Prize will be cancelled automatically. 6. Corresponding information provided for registration will be collected by the Company for performing the lucky draw and related fulfillment of this Promotion only. Furthermore, the Company will not transfer the information to any other 3rd parties or use for other purpose. The Company is not liable in the event that the winner cannot be notified or redeem of the Prize, caused by wrong or inapplicable information provided. 7. The Prize cannot be transferred, returned, redeemed as cash or exchanged to other product under any circumstances. 8. The Company is not the supplier of the Prize offered to cardholders. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of product supplied under this program. Any enquiry or complaint about the products should be directed to the relevant merchant. 9. If the Company reasonably believes that any person has been using or abetting others to use any method to interrupt operation of the mentioned lucky draw promotion (including stealing others WeChat accounts or other frauds), causing interferences, technical difficulties or problems, or any jeopardizing, damaging or affecting operation or fairness of the mentioned lucky draw promotion, the Company reserve the right to disqualify participation and/or award of the participator(s) and can claim for any damage or loss arising from or in connection with any of the above suffered by the Company. 10. The Company is not liable to any delay, loss, error, unrecognized or other circumstance caused by any computers and/or network communication or

6 technical problems, failures, accidents or reasons. The participation / Registration records (including but not limited to date and time) in the mention promotion are subject to the system record of the Company. 11. The list of winners of this lucky draw promotion will be officially announced on 13 July, 2015 in the South China Morning Post and the Wen Wei Po. 12. This lucky draw promotion is organized by the Company. Trade Promotion Competition Licence No.: Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
